Excellent during Covid changes.

Very reasonable and great to deal with. Refunded our tickets immediately when Covid stopped our travels, and then rebooked when we could travel.

2/3 ferries were cancelled last minute, but we didn't hear about this until an alternative and new tickets had been booked, so no complaints from us. Especially, as alternative was a much faster and more expensive trip, but at no extra cost to us.

Would recommend and use again.

Milos to Pireus on a Monday morning

Our trip was from Milos to Pireus.
Excellent experience, on the business class.Easy boarding with all the required checkings for Covid 19 pass along with the boarding pass in an electronic form. The only difficulty was the Health Form, which we had to fill them again on a paper, although we had it ready electronically as per the web page. Polite staff and no big delays..

Good experience on the boat but lack of…

Good experience on the boat with Anes but lack of information in the booking confirmation. We walked 1 hour to the ferry office to get our tickets but this office is closed on sunday and there isn’t an address for the port

the online booking did not work at all

the online booking did not work at all. we had to go the the agency which took us more than 2 hours! the onboarding was quite stressful - more that 300 people entering the ship at the same time

Thank you for your review. It is appreciated. As we receive thousands of bookings daily without any problems and since your review does not include a booking number or full name so that we can locate it, we shall assume that

you faced problems with the online web check-in that some ferry companies offer. Obviously you were unable to complete the web check in, in order to get your boarding cards electronically, and therefore you had to go to the port kiosk to pick them up.

We are sorry if this was the case and wish that you had contacted us for help before your trip date so that we could have helped you accordingly in order to avoid waiting in the queue.

We understand that it is quite frustrating to travel with so many passengers during this period, we would like to assure you though, that embarkation and disembarkation and generally the ferry travel is being performed in accordance to the regulations of the Greek Government, and all passengers entering the ferries are wearing masks and need to show the according health certificates before embarkation.

No information via email

No information via email, sms, etc. about an obvious delay. No information about a belayed arrival at Mykonos new port, etc. We missed our flight to Athens due to these delays and didn't receive a refund or anything else instead.

We would like to inform you that we contacted the ferry company Seajets, to find out about the delay you mentioned and to check why we had not been informed about it so that we could alert you via email and sms.

The reply of Seajets was:
"There was a small delay due to the weather conditions and traveler documents inspections by the port authorities on the 25th that passengers were not informed about since it was quite small, instead of 09:55 the vessel departed at 10:35 with arrival at 11:30. There is no provision of reimbursement for delays of less than an hour especially when force majeure reasons led to the delay."

We are very sorry that you booked a flight that you could not reach on time due this 40 minutes later arrival on Mykonos. We never recommend booking flights so tight as delays in the ferry arrival times are normal due to high winds, or heavy traffic.

Everything was perfectly on time!!

Everything was perfectly on time!!! The employees were great. We were reminded to keep our masks on in an effort to keep us safe. Travelers were helpful to each other when we were getting our luggage/ bags to exit.

I will definitely be using Ferries In Greece again!

I bought tickets twice. The services are clear and convenient. Send links to all necessary sites. You can choose the time without depending on the company. The customer support was great: we changed tickets by email with a partial refund. I liked everything, I recommend it.

We booked a ship to Santorini and back…

We booked a ship to Santorini and back to Crete. The impressions are not very good. The road to Santorini was not bad, although the time of departure and arrival in Santorini was changed, the ship did not fit into the schedule and arrived late on the island. The way back was worse, no one did not check the presence of a test for covid, the ship was late for 1 hour. Otherwise was ok

They improved

Besides the fact, that everything with the Tickets went well, the service is way too bad.

I got charged 6 days after my booking and for almost one month now the companies bank blocks the same amount on my Bank account as provisionally booking. I tried to call the agency, but the provided phone number isn’t active. So after sending them an Email with a complaint, they always repeat the same mantra about how they received just one payment and how I should fix this with my bank. So I tried to explain them several times that it is correct, that I got charged once, but still a provisionally amount is blocking the same amount and that this one is the duty of their banking system.

Not only ignoring the fact, a Customer Service Agent named „Sofia“ became sassy and writing me that I am maybe getting confused?! Besides the fact that I am checking my bank account on a regular basis and traveled the world, never having issues like this.

Current status: 217€ are still under blocked status on my Bank account. The agency isn‘t answering.

So please guys, help yourselves and use a different agency for your ticket service.

Edit: After a couple of Emails the agency managed to release the blocked amount. If it went like this from the whole experience would be a 5 star. Maybe in this specific case I was the unlucky one.

We have asked our bank to investigate your case further in order to make sure nothing similar will happen again in the future.

As per our email communication we have only received one payment from you that concerns your ferry booking order 246047. From our part there is no second blocked amount. We have thoroughly checked and there is only one transaction from the specific credit card.
We have already sent an email to our bank to investigate your transaction further and to make sure that no second amount is blocked on the specific credit card and if there actually is such a case they will do whatever action is needed to unblock it. Please kindly understand that such investigations may take some time so we hope for some patience as we do not know how much time the bank will need to reply our request.

The greeks are real sailors

When you use the ferries of sea jet or power jet you realise how good the Greeks are in the sea. The ferries are comfortable, safe, and very organised.

Waste of money

(I am not sure this is the correct booking number for the problem I had as I made the mistake of using this company for several tickets purchased for my recent trip) I would not waste my money on a third party ticket service again. When the ferries went on strike, they delayed notifying me until after the 100% refund period, then wanted me to cancel and lose 50% PLUS pay a change fee for cheaper tickets. I held out until the ferry actually canceled my trip and received a full refund.

Hi Cheri.

We would like to clarify that we informed you about the announced strike of June 10th five days before, meaning as soon as we were informed about it.

Strikes are usually decided about one week before and in some cases even 2 or 3 days before and this is not something that we as an online travel agency can prevent or change.

At that point, as we explained in our first alerting email to you, it was not sure if the strike would affect your trip or not and therefore we suggested to wait till one or two days before the trip date in order to have exact information from the ferry company.

This is because, if a trip is not announced as a cancelled itinerary, we can only cancel it in accordance to the cancellation policy of the ferry company.
Moreover it is not possible to change a ticket of one ferry company to a ticket of another ferry company. This was the reason that when you asked us on the 6th of June to change your booking, and at that point we could only receive a 50% refund of your initial tickets of Seajets (as the itinerary had not yet been declared as a cancelled one ) there was a difference in the rate with your new required tickets of Fast Ferries.

Thankfully you decided to wait as we had suggested, and so on the 8th of June we informed you that the trip of Seajets had been declared as a cancelled itinerary and asked you if you preferred to receive a full refund or to change your booking to another trip.

You preferred the full refund and as we do in such extreme cases of cancelled itineraries we refunded you the full ticket rate plus the service fees which are normally not refundable.


We really hope that you understand that from our part we have done whatever possible both in order to alert you on time via email and sms about this extreme situation and that we also tried to guide you in the best possible way in order not to face any cancellation fees.
