I like the service but every ferry I took was late and it is not nice waiting under the sun.

Perfect for plan, buy ticket. Appl. useful and user friendly. Perfect support. Perfect info during trip a about time of departure and delay of ship. Highly recommended. Use for trip from Pireus to Paros, Paros to Naxos, Naxos to Milos, Milos to Mykonos and Mykonos to Pireus.

The site takes a small fee but you can buy your tickets on advance. I had to reschedule a ticket, but it was more efficient to find a ticket office in harbour than to contact ferriesinGreece by mail. They answered, but with a slight delay.

A convenient site if you Walt To book on avance.

I really liked booking with Ferries in Greece because they showed different companies and schedules. The website is easy to navigate and works well!

We travelled with the ferry a few times. There was some delay in departure times and boarding and deboarding was quite hectic, but the rest was good - no cancellations, impressive ferry boats, clean, Covid-19-protection, food and drinks available.

Very professional, correct and communicative

I booked and paid in advance for 4 ferrie trips around the Greek Islands before Covid-19. As we werent allowed to travel to Greece I cancelled my fares and asked for a refund, refund denied and offered a credit. Not good enough I will never travel to Greece.

Ferry cancelled unable to use which I fully understand due to COV19.
What I do not agree with is that you will not refund me my money and only offer a credit note which I can keep for 18 months then get my full refund.
This is unbelievable.

The company is very careful with the reservations. When the ferry company changed the departure time (and contacted me directly) the ferriesingreece.com operators also contacted me to confirm that everything is ok (since the reservation appeared as changed in their system).

I submitted a request for refund 2 months prior and never got my money back so the charge was disputed.

A change occurred on our itinerary and we were notified well in advance and the question I had were promptly answered by the support team

This was a relaxing way to get back to Athens from the island of Paros. Although I couldn’t find any gluten free food to purchase, they had drink and snacks. The worst part of our trip was a family, w children, did not keep them wrangled in. They ran and screamed the whole time. Most annoying. But, the facilities and staff was amazing.

Everething OK! Simlpe, sure on time, comfortable.

Booking system easy to use only negative is not being able to print your own tickets or have them on an app.
