Stay away from this firm!

Stay away from this firm. I had a terrible experience with them, and I ended up losing all I have got. Their support wasn't helpful, and they ignored my email messages. They are unreliable and not consistent. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I recommend PAIVA. They do pay.

How they have been able to disappear with people's funds was really disappointing. I think the main reason people are losing money to different companies is due to lack of knowing the right place. Only Abhash platform is the most consistent and real. I get my payouts there regularly.

I bought a 15,000 account before the rules were changed, and then the site rules were changed. I completely followed all prop rules, including Dradon. I passed the first step and got the second free account and after two weeks they deleted both my accounts and I sent a message to Ms. Rene and they did not solve my problem and told me to send an email to the technical support. I emailed them and they said you haven't violated any of the terms but tech support has decided to delete your account. And they took my account without any reason. After changing its rules, this website has become a theft website, don't trust it at all.

It is a pure scam

It’s a pure scam, really beware! They will not fund you, they will claim some BS excuse and not fund you. You can never pass the challenge.

Fidelcrest Scam: Trading Platform Shuts Down and Refuses Refunds

A couple of months ago, Fidelcrest shut down their trading operations due to losing their Metaquotes licensing and liquidity provider. They assured clients that the issue would be fixed and operations would resume within a few weeks.

Since the shutdown, there have only been two updates. The first update came on the day of the halt, and the second arrived about three weeks later, suggesting that services would resume in about three days (by the end of the month). However, this same message also mentioned that they had not yet found a solution to the provider issue, creating confusion.

As expected, Fidelcrest did not resume operations within the promised timeframe, nor have they resumed services since. There have been no messages on the internal member platform before or after the shutdown. Support has also stopped responding to messages. They are not providing refunds to active challenge accounts in good standing, even after a couple of months.

At this point, it is clear that this is fraudulent. Fidelcrest took money for a service they can no longer provide and refuse to return entry fees or even communicate. They are essentially stealing money from small traders trying to establish themselves in the business.

It's also important to note that many firms went through a similar problem when Metaquotes exited the retail prop trading space. About a month before the shutdown, while other firms were restructuring and no longer accepting US-based clients, I asked Fidelcrest support if this was going to be a problem for their services. They assured me it would not be a problem. To me, this shows intent to defraud clients by continuing to accept payments for new challenge accounts when they knew this problem was coming well in advance.

I highly recommend pursuing regulatory and legal channels to ensure Fidelcrest can never defraud people again, regardless of the company name they operate under in the future.

No Response From Their Customer Service for Over 2 Months !

I entered their Proprietary Challenge 2 years ago having read the positive reviews left by other traders, at the time.

I thought I found a good trading product as there was the usual for 2FOR1 Promo !.I bought these Challenges with protective add-ons including Insurance I started one of the Challenges and then decided to take a break .

In policy they state after 6 months of not trading , the Challenge becomes null and void, and I accepted that but then realized that I protected their longevity with the insurance bundle , so in my mind the Challenge should still be active!!!

Currently both of these Challenges are appearing as FAILED , so when I communicated that to their support team over two months ago in April 2024 they said that they were in process of upgrading their MT4 Trading servers and then assured me that within a few months the accounts will be become active again!

I felt confident that the Challenge accounts would become reactivated again , especially as I did protect the longevity of the Challenge with Insurance and at the time I felt their explanation of the upgrade to their servers being plausible for the inactivity of the accounts

However, since April I have incessantly been reaching out to their support team, and despite receiving email notification from their automated system that the ticket has been logged and created , I have not received any communication from their support team whatsoever !!

What compounds this frustrating experience , is that there is no customer number to reach to them on so now feel helpless that that 500 Euro that I spent on these Challenges has been wasted and lost!!

I feel that they are scam artists who have took my money and haven't had the decency to return any of my messages , one of the worst experiences of dealing with a commercial entity ,

For this reason I would strongly discourage anyone who is thinking of embarking on a Fidelcrest Challenge and treat them with the contempt that they show their Customers !

It has been more than 3 months since I closed my account and the review has been completed, but no money has been deposited into my account, and now no one is responding. This uncertainty is really bad. If anyone has information about the recent events of the company, please let me know.

Contacted again, no answer and no payment

Contacted again and the company still owes me money, since Feb 27
I have reached their customer service and there is no live chat anymore.
Almost 3 months and no payment yet.
The customer service agent mentioned that the company is deleting the negative reviews, so more to worry about. Again, be careful and check the references before giving out any money is spending time here. I have backups of the chats.
they mentioned that they hd to "change" their tech provider. I feel disappointed and now being ghosted.

More than 45 days ago I had my challenge account blocked with the justification that they were undergoing maintenance with no end date in sight. Until then, I have been contacting the company by email demanding the release of the account or the refund of the amount I paid for the test of 250k dollars, but the company always responds apologizing for the inconvenience it is causing, saying that they are undergoing maintenance, but effectively , does not solve the problem. Meanwhile, new challenges continue to be sold normally on the company's website. There is a lack of transparency and willingness to resolve the customer's problem.
