Waiting over 3 months for $500k Funded Account
Having passed my Phase 2 $500k challenge 3 months ago, I still have not received my funded account. They say 1-5 business days, so why have I been waiting over 3 months. Having read the other 1 star reviews I wish I had stayed well clear of this company.

Fidelcrest does not pay.
I passed both phases of the challenge using a copy, which is allowed by Fidelcrest, and received my professional account. When I made a profit and went to request a withdrawal, I was surprised by the information that I had violated a rule, and that I had used an EA, which is not true. I tried to explain that I didn't use EA, and that exactly the same tool was used in all phases, both in the challenge and on the professional account. If I had actually violated the rule, why was I approved in all phases of the challenge, if the rules are the same? The problem with these companies is that when it comes time to do their part, they invent situations and don't believe what we say. It's their rules and we're left to buy another test. Unfortunately, I still have an account there to be approved, but I feel that they are not a serious company. I do not recommend it to anyone who wants to purchase an account with them. You will have problems when withdrawing.
Attention - Judge for yourself.
Please compare the 5-star and 1-star reviews. All the 5-star reviews are related to quick customer service responses, which is true. However, the 1-star reviews and negative reviews are about those who have traded, passed the challenges of phases one and two, and are now waiting for their funds. At this stage, it becomes evident that this company is a scam. For various reasons, they keep you waiting for weeks to review your account, making you tired, and eventually, they don't release your funds. They claim you violated their strategy and use this method to steal your money. Do not trust the 85% with 5 stars; they are very professional at taking your money. I paid 5000 euros for a 500k account. I passed phases one and two with a 500k account using maximum loss at 3% and 7%, and after 4 weeks of waiting, they said I violated their strategy. Even though I used the same strategy for both phases, they approved phase one but filled phase two. They are thieves disguised as the company Prop; be cautious and consider using other companies. Please read all the 1-star reviews so that you don't end up disappointed like me.
Fake company
Fake company. You pass phase 1 and then they say in review you use EA or HFT and then they mark your challenge failed. Fake scammer company.

Scam company. Do not trade with them. They will do anything to not honour legitimately passing their challenge.
First of all, please note that most of the positive reviews about the company is from new users with no other reviews.
This is a classic situation of bought reviews (i.e. a company is paying money to get some fake accounts to leave positive reviews.)
If you look through the comments here, you'll find people claiming that Fidelcrest is making excuses to not honour people who legitimately passing the tests.
I can confirm this is true.
I've started my challenge on 3rd of April 2023
I've used a trading strategy that had opened 60 trades a day on average.
trades were minutes, and sometimes hours, apart from each other.
After about 17 trading days I've reached profit target, without reaching DD limits.
So far sounds good, right?
Well, not for Fidelcrest, because they are not interested for you to pass their challenges.
If you do the math, about 60 trades per day, for 17 trading days, is equal to a total of about 1,020 trades.
Fidelcrest took that chance, and notified me that because of the high number of trades, my strategy had been marked as HFT, which is not allowed by their Terms of Service.
I've told them what I've wrote above, and that you can clearly see from the trading logs that my strategy is not HFT, as minutes, or sometimes hours, pass between each trades,
And they've said that someone will review my account 'tomorrow'.
It is been already 8 months since I've first contacted them, and I contact them almost on a daily basis since then,
And am always being told that 'tomorrow' someone will review my account.
Bottom line- they are another scam company which will try to scam your money out of you.
There are plenty of other legit prop firms out there.
Stay away from Fidelcrest.

Fast and helpful support
I contacted the customer support via chat to get answers to my questions prior to signing up with Fidelcrest. Even on a Sunday, I was immediately connected to Juan, who kindly answered all my questions. I can not rate Fidelcrests services yet, but the customer support made a good first impression!

The great hatter of the century
There is a company of thieves and fraudsters who connect to the account the night before the withdrawal and register a negative transaction on the account without the trader's permission so that we cannot register a withdrawal. We talk to Mr. Arthur's website support and he says that you can do whatever you want and it doesn't matter. Stay away from this company and this support
Disappointed with Recent Experience
I've been a part of Fieldcrest for a while now, initially believing in its legitimacy and structure. However, my recent encounter has significantly altered my perception.
Having successfully cleared the two-phase program, What added to the disappointment was the prolonged review period for my second phase. While it took me only 2 to 3 days to pass this phase, the company's review stretched beyond 30 days, eventually resulting in a failure label due to alleged 'gambling' practices.
My confusion stems from the company's own guidelines, which eliminated the requirement for stop losses and permitted trading during news hours. Under these sanctioned parameters, it's perplexing to be accused of engaging in gambling activities.
To fellow users, especially those considering joining, I'd advise caution. The recent inconsistencies and the sudden failure label imply a lack of transparency or potential financial instability within the company. It feels like they might be facing financial constraints and could be heading towards closure.
I hope this review serves as a cautionary note and encourages a reassessment of the company's policies and practices.
