By far the most relaxed conveyancing experience - and I've done a few! Emma Scollick and Georgie Guest handled my remortgage and everything happened like clockwork. I used Fidler & Pepper for my house purchase.
I used Fidler & Pepper for my house purchase and overall had a positive experience that could improve, so I would give them 4 out of 5 stars.
The process was handled professionally and everything was completed correctly. However, communication could have been better throughout. There was a heavy reliance on the app, which I often found difficult to follow, and there were not many opportunities for direct human interaction. I also found it disappointing that there was no physical office where I could meet the solicitors in person.
That said, the team were professional and the work was completed successfully, so overall I was satisfied with the service.
