Exceptional efficiency and diligence…
Exceptional efficiency and diligence throughout, which made my remortgage experience very informative and stress free. Justina and Lauren are a wonderfully friendly and formidable team. Correspondence was clear and Lauren was always on hand to answer my questions by phone. When making a mistake on one of the forms, the guidance was clear and instant. It was almost like they were preempting my queries and answering them in correspondence in a timely manner, every step of the way. Great company, thank you for your service.

Great service and we're really pleased with everyone who was involved. A couple of things - I know that you're very busy, however communication does need to be slightly improved and the portal check list wasn't kept updated which lead us to believe there was underlying issues.
