Both the 3 day training and the advanced training courses were very well constructed providing quality information and a supportive atmosphere in which to learn.

I would recommend Fielding Financials 3 day course and advanced course to anyone as it has provided me with so many new and exciting opportunities I never thought were possible.

Absolute waste of time; it’s nothing but a marketing gimmick

no real time examples given. most of the time explaining about themselves. providing information is not up to date. they didn't even change the slides or graphs. still showing up to 2016/17 . they have to provide up to date statistics.

The training is Excellent, professional and meet individual needs

A 3 day educational experience suitable for anyone who is prepared to feel self empowered to become a professional property investor. This course does not claim, and cannot claim, to guarantee your success - this is down to the individual. It does give you an insight into the skills, thinking and resources which will make your chances of success much greater. Be prepared to think outside the box, see possibilities rather than barriers, and have determination to succeed. The 3 day course is an introduction to other optional training modules and longer term programmes where you will gain more in-depth knowledge on income and capital growth strategies and the option of having a personal mentor to guide and advise you on your property journey. Highly recommended.

It was the best training course I have ever been on. The contract, presentation and organisation were out of this world. A special scholar to our trainer Jo Akhgar made it even more special. I have never felt so empowered to be honest.

One area of improvement is presentation of the advanced courses available. You are only told of the fees at the end of the training and if you wish to proceed are asked to pay circa £ 30 K on the spot. That does exert some unwanted pressure and I feel the course and fees should be made aware to everyone at the beginning of the course.

Nice presentation, time management. Really enjoyed it. So professional with refreshments. I would suggest that it could be a good idea to find a place where carpark is available....

The 3 day event was very informative. The trainers were caring and took the time to spend time answering our questions giving us encouragement we really appreciated their interest in us.

I found the information was presented in a clear and straightforward manner that was interesting and enjoyable. There was a lot of information given - especially the financial calculations (quite a challenge at times) but which opened my eyes to both past mistakes and also the future possibilities of property investment. The personalities in the presentation offered different aspects and very cleverly covered the spectrum of the demographics of the audience so you could see how this could be applied in your situation. I loved their passion and although not new to property investing, I can really see how studying and being supported by Fielding Financial will make a difference to my situation. I only wish I had been given this opportunity years ago! It’s not for everyone, but I felt that we all benefitted from the information we received on the weekend course in a personal as well as practical way and the organisation will have already ’raised the bar‘ for some people wanting to take this route whether they joined or not. Sometimes in life you only get one chance to make a change. Sometimes many things are put your way and you ignore the opportunity. In my case, joining was a ‘no brainer’.I’m particularly attracted by the additional level of support they offer and very pleased to have taken this leap of faith. I very much believe that my future is what I make it- and so I am excited to work towards achieving my goals successfully with Fielding Financial.

My husband and I paid for and attended the 3 day Property training at Manchester in October 2019. If you have 3 days to spare then you can learn about good and bad debt, challenge your perceptions, learn about mindset and supply and demand. The 3 day event is primarily a selling tool for fielding financial property investor training programmes. These cost 21k and 35k for the ‘elite’ programme. The hard sell is relentless, using techniques to scare us into believing we will go to prison if we get it wrong by going it alone and not buying their programme. Also calling us ‘wally’ and fools for not being able to provide for our families and loved ones using emotional and compelling personal stories including their disabled siblings and spouses as sales techniques or ‘leverage.’
The credit card exercise on the second day is deliberately designed to feed into your ability to pay for things with other peoples money, like the deposit for the fielding financial programme, what a coincidence! We paid to attend and were part of their marketing funnel to get us to buy a programme and become part of the ‘family’. All the tools, designing your strategy for example are designed to lead you to their training programmes.
There was some good content but this was spoiled by their hard sell, we were interested in finding out more at the beginning, that’s why we were there, but the constant ’buy it now’ approaches put us off. Surely if Gill Fielding wants to get good financial information out there as we were told then just deliver excellent content! There would be more time to do this properly if the trainer didn’t keep over selling the ‘fielding family’ and treating us like fools. We left at lunchtime on the third day, I’m sure they will let us know how we missed out the most important information there but we couldn’t stomach any more. This is not a training course, it’s a sales pitch, designed to make you feel unable to purchase a buy to let property without them.

Really good to see live examples and stories.
Next stage/courses seemed very expensive and my concern was that there would be many stages/courses ahead that would be expensive.

I attended the event with my 6 year old daughter and from arriving to departing everything was delivered at a high level

Some great information shared about interest rates and demographics. The awards this organization has won speak for themselves. And there's lots about this organization I can't judge until I get to know them better.
