Very informative; useful

Great enthusiasm and Passion from the whole support. Very helpful and knowledgeble, only downside was that it was a bit too heavey handed on the promotion of their paid course.
I would have signed up even without the sales pitch as it is a very worthwhile course.

I've been to a number of courses, with a number of providers over the years, and Fielding Financial are the only ones who have ever offered an accreditation at the end of it.

I've read a number of reviews quoting the 35k fees, what they dont say is that there are other options available and that the 35k option is for lifetime support. The others, who by the way charge more for similar packages, are time bound and not accredited, with FF, you are supported for ever, if you want to be!

There was absolutely no hard sell, which I liked. The team were also incredibly generous and freely shared their knowledge and experience over lunch and during the breaks.

Interesting too, that most of the guru's out there, who we know and love, are all either ex students of Gill's, or were trained by people she taught. I witnessed this first hand at an event at the excel centre recently, when a big name in the field waited patiently while she did a book signing, in order to greet the mother of property investing in this country.

Well recommended, it saved me in more ways than I can say and has allowed me to retire much earlier than I ever thought I would.

I have attended a number of training sessions and been blown away by the quality of training provided. All the trainers are professional property investors and are so generous with their knowledge and experience. They have helped me greatly on my property journey.

The structure of the courses and the delivery is spot on!!! Course speakers are very knowledgeable and have a fun, yet disciplined conduct.
The extra support from Helpdesk, FB page and various networking events gives the edge for new students. You don't feel that you are on your own.

Few months in and I feel I’ve learned a lot already, changed my mind set, looking forward to changing my life.

She was full of energy and delivered the course content really well.

The 3 day course was alrite it gives someone new to property a basic understanding but not enough to actually go and take action and succeed. They use NLP & sales pitching to get you to sign up to their 1 year course which is 35k (Madness) i admit they got me emotionally even though i knew at the back on my mind what they were doing. trying to make you feel without them ur unlikely to succeed but after weeks from networking and researching am glad i didn't have the money as iv found a different route to the same destination. Don't spend that much on a course EVER. I suggest others not to associate with them you can find out the same stuff from cheaper courses under 5k not 35k. youtube. networking events. books. internet. more graft more worth it, you will be saving big time.

what they apparently have to offer is really good don't get me wrong BUT price is just silly expensive not worth it.

I am not ashamed to admit I was skeptical at first, but after spending time with their courses and learning from their members I am more than happily surprised at what they have to offer.

I attended a 3 day Property Investing course with Fielding Financial. Its main purpose turned out to be a hard sell for 1 or 2 year courses costing up to £35k. Significant discounts were offered on these if you signed up during the 3 days.

Detailed, in-depth, realistic and very practical training - a real bonus is the warm and enthusiastic support - lovely people, always willing to help and great fun.
