Ordered via Worton website . Delivery was delayed by a week they sent with DHL company. The worst part I was half way through setting up the BESP-500 indoor bike with 24kg ,when I noticed corrosion on the wheel and it looks like bike was damaged by water , also some finger prints on the arm rest which indicates that the bike was used before and returned . The stickers on the same wheel were with air bubbles ,the majority of the stickers and brand name stickers are coming out. Contacted worten company again to contact the seller to arrange pick up . Will update my post within a week because I think I will get more troubles with this company. I wish I could add photos here of rust and corrosion of the wheel . I can’t believe they even sold bike in that state.

UPDATE 01.09.25 : After speaking with Cristina, a collection date was arranged which supposed to be today; however, no one showed up. While I previously chased DHL for a week regarding the first delivery attempt not you guys, I will not do so again. As the RETAILER, it is your responsibility to manage this process directly with DHL.

I have already provided your customer service support Cristina with the dates when I will be working from home, yet the collection has still not taken place. This is extremely disappointing, and I have also communicated this to Cristina will wait for response now with the next steps. In light of this, I requested that instead of arranging a replacement, a new collection date be scheduled and a full refund issued.

The level of service I have experienced so far has been unacceptable, and I trust you will now handle this matter promptly and appropriately.
UPDATE 11.09.2025 I have just received a message stating that I have a new shipment on the way. As already communicated, I requested a refund. Please review the chat history with Cristina, where it was clearly agreed that I would receive a refund.

It appears that Adriana decided I should receive a replacement bike instead of a refund. This is unacceptable. I have never experienced such difficulty with a company that cannot simply deliver a new bike without defects. Now I have been forced to deal with this issue for over a month just to get my money back.

I left my phone number in the chat and request to speak directly with a manager.

Absolutely terrible service. They promise 24-48 hour delivery. It has been 3 weeks, and I haven't received my order, nor refund. They do not reply to the emails. Do not buy anything here.
