Flubt has a points system like a virtual currency through which you receive a 20% discount off the £ sterling price. Buying the points is straightforward and fast with a debit card or credit card, but it takes quite some time before the points are in your wallet and you can spend them. If this was made faster. it would be a great improvement.I made my second order ever on Flubit today. The first one was excellent. The item I bought was priced competitively, and combined with the 20% discountfor using the virtual currency, made me one happy customer, and delivery was super fast.

Great discounts for paying by MUE

I was a bit worried after paying by MUE that my order page hadn't been updated to say the payment had been received. Customer support via email was very helpful and reassuring. Order arrived a couple of days later.

Will definitely use again soon.

I was very sceptical after seeing bad…

I was very sceptical after seeing bad reviews and thought my order wasn’t gonna come but after contacting the merchant directly, they said it was coming today and with tracking number whilst Flubit said Processing still
Great prices but needs to work on communication

Ignored for weeks....

It's sad that one must resort to writing negative web reviews about a company just to receive a response to a simple request.

We made a business purchase via Flubit without issue, and simply need a VAT invoice for our accounts. We have filled in the support form on their website multiple times without receiving a response (despite a claimed 2 business day reply time), and have made numerous phone calls, each time receiving false promises.

We have wasted hours of our time chasing this, massively outweighing the price savings made by using Flubit in the first instance!

There customer service is shocking…

There customer service is shocking order an item that was then cancelled by them was told I would receive a refund still not had it I raised four or five support tickets with a reply for them to say the vender would refund me had an email for the vender tell me that fulbit should be refund me as the no long deal with them because of there customer service. I try phone for week but could not get a answer tried one more time got to speak to a lady who then said she would take my number and get someone to get back to me stil waiting and still no refund

bought 9 copies of a book that was…

bought 9 copies of a book that was available according to Flubit, only to receive a cancellation later in the day, in the meantime had foolishly cancelled another order from elsewhere - the reason was flubit promised earlier delivery.
A waste of effort and time - if a product is not available it should not be advertised

Don't buy any expensive items with this…

Don't buy any expensive items with this site as it basically means your warranty is worthless. As with previous reviews, the customer service team is pointless and they just try and palm you off. By going through a third party to purchase your product, any manufacturer warranty needs to be dealt with by Flubit as all order/reference numbers you are provided aren't acknowledged by the manufacturer. Because the customer service team don't then deal with any warranty claims on your behalf you can't actually claim on the warranty. I'm having this exact issue and a 10 year warranty is now basically worthless as I'm now just being ignored. My contract of purchase is with Flubit/Fireworks not the manufacturer but they don't seem to care.

Mohammed, this is precisely my point. I appreciate you are a marketplace but the order numbers you have provided are not recognised by the manufacturer because you made the purchase on my behalf as a 3rd party. Any communication with the manufacturer as a result should be dealt with by you. My contract of purchase is with you not them directly.
I will be purchasing directly going forward.

Not happy - Missing Item - Poor Customer Service

Not happy. I ordered an item on 16 Jan with an expected delivery date of 19-23 Jan. The item still hasn't been delivered (06 Feb) and I've had no response to 2 e-mails I have sent to the vendor.

I have tried to contact Flubit but the "How can we help" you section of their website doesn't work. I then rang their Customer Support Team where I got the good old "I don't have access to the system" line and was told to e-mail. What is the point of Customer Support if they don't have access to the system???

I have now e-mailed and am waiting for a reply.
