I will NOT BE USING FLUBIT again

I will NOT BE USING FLUBIT again. Ordered a book 14th December 2018 and it finally arrived on the 8th January 2019! Even though the delivery date was 20-25th December 2018. I ordered as a Christmas present but it did not arrive in time, not a big deal but it still took an extra few weeks to arrive I contacted support but was advised the merchant did not have it in stock. If a delivery date is advertised I expect it to be fulfilled otherwise just advertise the real realistic date that it will arrive so customers know before ordering. The book itself came in good condition so no complaints about the product just the VERY SLOW DELIVERY.

Hi Mr Ray, We are sorry you had only recently received your order. It is the busiest time for all of our Merchants and they do there best to meet there dispatch time frame. Once an item has been marked as dispatched, it is all on the courier to get it to you as soon as possible. Thousands of parcel around the UK have experienced severe delays during the busy december period and even till now are trying to get parcels to customers. Stock can also vary dramatically due to Merchants trading on other platforms but again they do there best to fulfill orders for them to be sent in a timely manner. Disappointed, won't be using again

Having read all the positive reviews decided to give the website a try. Ordered an expensive doll for my daughters birthday. Got an email stating the item had been dispatched but no tracking number provided. 7 days past the estimated delivery date, still no item. The web site refers you to deal with merchant directly which I did - no success either. So my girl ended up having mo present to open in the morning and I still have lots of hassle to deal with.
