If it does not arrive in a few weeks I will need to call Visa for consumer protection. Don't buy this product. I suspect it doesn't even exist.

almost two months and I still haven't received my order yet. Extremely poor communication from the company. If the delivery date would have been clear at the time of order I wouldn't have made the purchase. I certainly hope the product is worth the wait.

I love that the company and the community are so supportive and invested in getting the best experience for everyone. No one can guarantee that your pet will use the buttons, but they'll sure bend over to help you get there. The product itself is well designed and easy to use. The only thing I wish is that the design included a wall mounting option.

I initially bought a started set, and because my dog is very smart (LOL) he took to the buttons like a fish to water and is communicating with me, so I purchased more buttons. I was pleased with the prompt service in receiving the additional buttons, as well as the ongoing process of adding more words so my very smart doggo's vocabulary (you can't tell that I'm a proud dog mom can you? hehe) so he will talk to me in sentences! I'm glad I invested in Fluentpet!

The buttons are great and I will order more but the communication regarding shipping delays were not the best. I had to email several times to find out when the order would be shipped and it arrived several weeks after I expected it to. I’m hoping communication with my next order will be better.

It’s broke! The app gives an error and does not allow you to record the word. You end up with blank buttons that do nothing. They look cool… but that’s it. Sad reall it had so much promise.

This is my second time purchasing button kits. My kid got through 40+ buttons in under 6 months (to my surprise) and looks like he has no intentions of stopping. As long as he keeps going, I'll keep up with his board. Shipping is fast. Product is quality. In my last kit I had 1 button that was dead out of the box, I tried the trouble shooting without success and sent a 10 second video of the issue to customer service. They sent a replacement at no cost. Excellent company as far as i can tell.

I returned an unopened package, and it was delivered to them on June 12, 2023. Yet, they claim their warehouse has "not reported receiving [my] package yet," even though the UPS Proof of Delivery shows that someone named Christian received the package. It's been over 1 month, and I still don't have my refund.

I really like the layout and overall design of the tiles. I love the update to the buttons so the switch is at the bottom but the speaker is on the top. These are huge improvements.
With the old buttons, the speaker sounds loud enough, but once it’s in a spot on the tile, it’s muffled. The old buttons also malfunctioned quite a bit. 3 out of 12 of my older-model buttons don’t work well (one doesn’t work at all, and two others constantly run out of battery or keep resetting for whatever reason).
With shipping, the products come pretty fast and ordering is easy, but I have to pay either shipping if it’s not over 100$ or customs taxes (I think it was 25$) because I’m in Canada. I do wish the shipping could be made more affordable.
