Good bike. Very bad service.

Flyer in general has decent bikes. Service is however zero. I ordered a front rack which cannot be delivered. All service points mentioned on the Flyer website are not servicing Flyer anymore. Stores mentioned they asked Flyer to remove them but they just dont.

Do I have a bike of almost 6K, which is stilll missing the front rack, and no store can help with servicing, although FLyer website shows about 20 service points nearby. None say to work with Flyer. Premium product. Minimal service.

The fact you cannot even write Flyer is a joke.
