I ordered a pair of Orange Adidas sneakers, which I do love a lot.
I was quite surprised that in real they are more beautiful than on the picture.
The only thing is that the info the Correos gave me was not exactly correct so I stayed for nothing at home for a delivery which did not take place. But this has of course nothing to do with the sneakers.

In Madrid and the store itself is great, staff are super friendly and accommodating. Also ordered a pair of shoes and it came within the week.

Will be returning again.

Ordered numerous items from footdistrict all which have arrived in double quick time and trueto description.Sunday 23rd July 23 ordered a pair of stone island shorts on a DHL 2 day express €7.95 delivery.Monday 24th item dispatched from Spain.The item has now got to DHL Belguim and they have sent me numerous emails saying I need to pay £69.88 duty (another 3rd of the price of the goods!!!)This I find astounding as nothing on the order or invoice mentions anything about this.I believe when the shipment is redirected back to Footdistrict I will incur cost with nothing to show for it😡😤😡😤.Two emails forwarded to help centre, so far no reply.

Wow,that’s what I’ll start with saying.
Never heard of this company until 3 days ago. I was doing a search for adidas Ultra Boost and it popped up.
Couldn’t believe that I saw both pairs that I wanted,in my size and available. Also had them at half price. I was sceptical at first,read some awful reviews here and some good ones too.
Took the chance,and was blown away by how quickly I received my shoes.
Ordered on Tuesday night and were at my front door Thursday morning. Wow.
Product was double boxed and in perfect condition. Fantastic communication through DHL all the way. I’m in Ireland by the way and a lot of the bad reviews come from people buying from the UK which are no longer part of the EU so come in for taxes and duty and delays with delivery too. Something to bare in mind.
Anyway,my experience with Foot District was amazing. Happy to recommend them and will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you.

Made an order on Tuesday 7/12, everything okay. It said it would take 2 days to arrive, then i've checked what mail transportation service they use: CORREOS EXPRESS which is rate 1.6 stars in google and has lots of complains about late deliveries or not being delivered at all. Why do you have such nice content and then work with one of the worst delivery services ever? No one from the delivery services answers my calls and i stil didn't get anything.

** This was unveliavable, your courier company CORREOS EXPRESS just declared i've changed my delivery date when i spent over 1h trying to call them and they didn't answer! I've spent 18 euros on 0,16cent per minutes call without getting any answer. Luckily i've found the CORREOS EXPRESS van near my house and i asked the driver how was all this situation possible which he replied "the number we use in our vans to call it's just to decorate the vans, you can call but no one will answer. For example in valentines day i should had delivered articles on the 14th february and they arrived in april"

I luckily got the personal number of the driver and asked if he can pick up my package, he delivered it in next day and he showed me that he had 250 packages to deliver in one day from which he had delivered 77.

My question is, if you know how bad the reviews, ratings and awful courier company you work with how can you still work with them? A simple google search shows that CORREOS EXPRESS is probably one of the worst delivery companies in all Europe, they simply don't have enough people to deliver the packages and they put fake information on tracking, they loose packages or deliver them with MONTHS of delay. I'm not saying this from imagination, i actually talked with a guy who works for them and told me all this.

To sumarize, i will never ever again order anything from your website until you still work with that delivery company. As i've said before, your website is great with great articles and nice prices but for all this trouble with deliveries i prefer to shop in other places. Yes the problem was solved and delivered because I by chance found the guy driving around and got his personal number otherwise i would still be waiting for it.

Too bad experience.
