Them Guys at Alexander have been Nothing but Amazing, this is "Thee" Best Training Institute here in The UK 🇬🇧 | I wanna mention aswell My Experience with The RTITB vs AlexanderCromwell or Any Other FLT Training Provider & What i Think about it | I really looked Up to the RTITB but what i came to Realise after My Precious Time Spent that they're nothing but a Bunch of Stupid Buffaloes on the LookOut only for your TrainingCosts, they Don't CAre One Bit about you as A Driver | Now i Already was a GooD Driver (People used to CallMe A KnightRider) but after seeing so Many Graphic Accidents on the Highways covered in Blood has Changed My Approach to being a Driver | While these Guys Failed Me at the Exam just for being Slow & A Little CAreful with The FLT:CB Tru ⛟ ck | The Instructors, the Rules & PointSystem they Follow for the Exams is Complete GArbage, All just An Excuse for Anyone to keep Paying More until you Repeatedly are once Again Failing under them | This is how Sick The World has become thesedays in 2024 | Now i know RTITB for many Years is a Recognised Training provider here but i think they really need to Restructure themselves & get Rid of these Worthless Lazy Insructors / Personell / Faculty from their Organizations who've taken Up these Jobs just for the SAke of it; to maintain their Integrity | They need to be Checked probably Investigated right from its Roots until it is Completely Clean | It was such a Waste going there Devoutedly & Excitedly Studying their Modules, And i was LetDown with the Way i was Failed at The Exam for something called as SAfety with something that can be such a Dangerous Moving Object | I still keep Quiet & maintain My Composure whenever somebody tells me that they are TAking an RTITB AccreditedExam, Have you or Are you Taking One there too? The Truth is is i would never Advise Anybody to, Ever however much i am Convinced cause i SAw the Truth/Reality Once, so won't Try to for the Second Time | Alexander has Restored All that Confidence & Experience Positively by bringing the Best Out of me in 3 Days of Continuous Tru ⛟ ck Driving Practice | Compared to The RTITB i got to see for Myself how HarD these Instructors/ Young LAD's were Working which they should'nt be so much, even to Upskill a NoviceDriver / A Young Boy who had never Driven; who was Crashing The Field Barriers Repeatedly | I Respeckt AITT the Most cause they took into Consideration The SAfety Precaution i kept while Driving cause in FLT thats All that its About | Anybody can Drive, but it takes that 1 MilliSecond to make Life Altering Damage to yourself or somebody Else | Something you Regret for The Rest of your Life | Anyway Nowadays you see Grown Men Holding 7-16 Years of Experience still Driving like Freaks / some so Ignorantly & Blindly on The Field, so Why TAlk about these Standards they put in place for them Anyway?

This The Man Right here, I don't want to Forget to Thank JAy at The FalconWay Branch for All his Advice from his Experience & his Training Supervision during The Whole Program on The FLT_Blitz-182 CB Tru ⛟ ck | He is A Fantastic Instructor (And i was his Favourite Student and his Admirer) there ever will be in The GreaterLondon; he should Receive both a Raise & Promotion in his Ranks at The Institute | I don't think there would be Anybody like him, GodBless him & his Family Abundantly and getting a Chance to Meet him instead of The RTITB

Would advise anyone to steer clear. For anyone wanting to get their telehandler ticket not from the construction industry the process can be slightly confusing. My contact within the company gave me contradicting information regarding the HSE test that I later learned was a requirement for pursuing the telehandler ticket in the first place. I was unable to attend the test due a car break down. They refused to move my training date without an additional amount of money; over a grand. Then afterwards they changed my new training date and I simply had to suck it up. This company acts as the middle man but the actual training provider I eventually worked with were brilliant. For anyone not in the know, go straight to actual training providers. Avoid the middle man. When I told the provider the story, they said to avoid "cowboy" middle man companies. They were not concerned with the customer at all, just taking them for a ride.

TO CLARIFY, I was charged twice. Once for training that did not happen and then an additional amount to change the date and to actually be trained. However they were able to move the date with little more than a sorry. Way to look out for the customer.

Stay away. Brokers who use other companies and dont deliver training. Pack courses with students who don't get the required guided learning hours on a forklift. Scammers.

The training was delivered by Forklift Training Expert in Feltham. The instructors were extremely proficient and conscientious. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and I look forward to completing their reach truck program in the immediate future.

Appreciate all the support from ACT, extremely helpful and professional, the quality of training was to a high standard, throughout the course was given 100% attention, instructors taught the course in great detail.

The 3 day counter balance fork lift course I went on from Monday 15th March 2021 to Wednesday 17th March 2021 was very constructive, the instructors were friendly and helpful, the building was clean and free from any hazards, they provided tea and coffee refreshments, allowed frequent breaks, the instructors were very knowledgable in there training, made us feel at ease and relaxed, generally a good overall experience. I would recommend this to other parties, kind regards. Mark Heaps.

The training is well organized. All the instractors are good in their own way( Allan, Aaron, Scott, Michael). Working professionally, giving a clear explanations and having a good sense of humour to create the best atmosphere.

Great trainer (lee), very clear with instructions on everything I learned and very easy to understand. Venue a bit small but better to learn in a small area then a bigger one will be easy on site.
