I bought an infrared sauna from Forward Furniture. The professionalism, efficiency, and convenience of transaction all met my expectations and more. Bravo!

We purchased a new set of furniture for our house and received a great discount at the time of payment. The products themselves are absolutely beautiful. However, when we came to pick up the items two weeks later, a new TV stand wasn't in stock yet, so they gave us what was available—the showroom model, which had a tiny scratch on the edge.

When my husband complained, Forward Furniture went completely above and beyond to fix the situation. They drove all the way from Kelowna to Vernon to deliver a brand-new TV stand straight from their warehouse, swapped out our tables, and even gifted us a brand-new massage chair for the trouble! I'm sorry, I forgot the guys names, Lol! Their outstanding customer service completely turned things around.
Also the instructions were clear and the guys are great at their job.
Highly recommend!

This company is a disaster. I ordered a bed from them for guests arriving. The order promised delivery in August. They called 10 days later to say they didn’t have the bed ordered and what did I want to do. No apology. No explanation. No resolution. Then they wouldn’t pick up calls when I called back their number.

We are very happy with the Olivia cabinet bed. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. We slept one night on it before the rest of our furniture arrived at our new home. We know our guests are going to have a great restful night when they come for a visit. Thanks Forward Furniture for your great customer service and we will continue to share our experience with other friends and families.
