I’m totally disappointed
I’m totally disappointed. The item I’ve received is not the original product. It’s totally melted. The product name and writing on the container is also fade out. I’m lost that how it can be at USA. It’s my bad that I’ve returned back to my homeland, otherwise I would go for legal complain. Im using this item for last two years. I know about it’s quality if you have any confusion regarding the user.

Doesn't seem like Shalimar
I've worn Shalimar for 60 years. The bottle I received is a different color than it should be; additionally, even my husband said it does not smell like Shalimar. When I got my credit card bill, I was charged $1.00 for an overseas transaction. There was no indication when I ordered this that this was other than in US Dollars. I will not be ordering from you again.

I placed an order for 3 items but got…
I placed an order for 3 items but got tracking numbers for two of them. They were delivered fast and all is good. I noticed that my order is marked as complete and closed. I did try contacting the company via the chat and via e-mails twice and both time I got a reply that the third item is shipped and I'll get it soon. I asked for it's tracking number and got no answer. Now I gave up but will never use this company nor will recommend ordering more than one item.
