Not giving withdrawal from last one week still waiting but not giving. Messaged also but no reply

I tried using Freebito.in, and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience. It felt like the platform was designed in a way that made it very easy to spend money but difficult to get any value back. The fees seemed excessive, and I found myself constantly reaching for my wallet. Ultimately, I would advise caution when considering this platform, as it didn't live up to my expectations.

I have been using this site since almost day one. It has been an awesome site over the past 10 years. I have withdrawn from the site on quite a few occasions and never had an issue. That is until earlier this month September 2025, when I started an instant (15 min) withdrawl. Since then I recieved my verification e-mail which I confirmed. And my withdrawl has sat there on the site since then saying it is pending manuel review, and that could take up to 24 hours. Like so many other users I have contacted support multiple times and only got back the "we are about to work on your issue form letter" that auto sends when you send a comment to customer support. With no actual response after that. This site has been such a staple in the bitcoin community for so many years, offering interest on deposits users had placed on the site, a free faucet, referel passive income, and yes gambling. I can't tell you how many people I have personally told about this site because I had used it my self for all these years. Its just sad that now when I tell people about this site its going to have to be because they stole money from their users. Please if you are seeing these reviews don't deposit on this site any more and if you some how can get your money out of the site tell the rest of us how you did. And if your the owner of freebitco.in just tell us what is going on. Most of the people that are writing bad reviews now use to love your site but when you don't give us any information, and don't send out our withdrawls yeah it worries us. But with all the information I have found online I think that none of us are getting any of our money back.

Dont waste money with this website, i am a user from last 6 years and a premium member, last year i have changed my mobile and lost the recovery code for resetting 2fa code, they sending me invalid links through given mail id, issue raised to support team no reply,

Looks like they have gone bad. Have been a member since 2014. They used to be a good site which would process withdrawals quickly (less than a hour) and you could earn 4.08% on BTC. Because of my long positive history I trusted them to store my BTC. Now I have BTC withdrawals pending for several days and no response from customer service. Site has also been down many times over the past couple months without explaination.

This company is a disgrace to the internet world, some scumbags whose only purpose is to deceive users. A final example is the 3-4-5 BONANZA promotion where they promise 3x Golden Tickets, 4x Lottery Tickets and 5x Reward Points for wagers but this does not happen. The support, as other users write here, does not respond for days, months or not at all.

This message is to all customers of the app and to all new customers, don't be fooled, this is a scam, they trick you into entering bitcoins into their app and then you can't get them back. DON'T BE AFRAID. I've been waiting for weeks for two transactions that most likely won't be completed. I wrote to support but no response

If the problem persist report them to financial crimes service. 50 000 000 registered users, will you leave the thing like this?!

site has turned scam, no longer allows withdrawals

Still have 3 withdrawals 'pending' over a month now. And today (I keep going there just out of curiosity how long until the site comes down) and they reduced my Reward Points by HALF. Without any notification or reason.

I have withdrawn 30000 satoshis from freebitco.in on first week of August, 2025. But almost 2 months has been passed they have not disbursed my payment. I think they have indulged in a fraudulent business now. I am using this website from almost 8 years, but this has never happened with me. I don't know why they are not paying. Please help in getting my money.

I requested a withdrawal from Freebitco.in over three weeks ago. They promise 24‑hour processing, but I still haven’t received my funds. I’ve sent emails and received reply with word Soon. Based on my experience, this feels like a scam and I would strongly advise others to be cautious.

Site is scam, not paying anymore. It has been 13 days and still waiting for so called INSTANT payment. It is all wasting time. Do not send any crypto to this site.

This site is a scam. I have an "instant withdrawal" that has been sitting there for weeks. The deposit address was only good for 7 days. Customer support will not respond to numerous requests to cancel the withdrawal or why it was not paid. I am now out a lot of money.

Unfortunately this company and site are fraudulent and are scamming their users. I made 2 transactions, two days ago and none of which have been paid to my exchanges. They do not provide and TXT transactions numbers for users to trace. They need to refund me my tokens and start behaving with decorum!!!! Unacceptable

I have requested a withdrawal of 0.08813392 btc from the wallet as instant withdrawal which has to come under 15 minutes as per website guidelines, but it’s more than 20 days since I m writing this and my payment is still pending and there support team is not answering..!!
