James was friendly, knowledgeable and professional, in helping plan our 2027 Route 66 road trip. He responded quickly to queries and offered sound advice.

Great communication with the sales advisor who was very knowledgeable about our planned holiday. Gave good advise and made alterations when requested.

I was very pleased to be talking to a real person who listened to what I wanted and then tailor made my trip to suit me and added day trips which would make my holiday even better.

Caroline was excellent. She put together a fantastic package for our budget. We got everything we wanted for the trip and now looking forward to going. She was extremely helpful and very patient with me asking lots of questions!!!

Very helpful until you give your money. Then they dont want to know. Was assured of exceptional hotels. We got a few dubious ones. A shocking motel in canada was filthy. Motel not interested in our complaint and take it up with agent which I did on return to uk. Was made to feel it was our fault for not calling even though with time difference and weekend it was impossible. Not answered my complaint I have asked to escalate but now ignored. Paid almost 10k shameful customer service. You expect a decent conversation about your experience. They're just not interested. Book local where you can sort any issues out. Dont waste your money.

Have just experienced our 2nd African adventure through Freedom Destinations to the Masai Mara and Mombasa.
Had a fantastic holiday and everything arranged occurred to perfection.
The service and itinerary was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another future holiday with them.

Our travel consultant Megan has been extremely helpful with booking our trip, Megan talked us through different options and we were able to make the trip bespoke to us. We were able to talk things through and add some day trips into the itinerary.
Megan is very knowledgeable with New Zealand and Australia having traveled there, her insight is invaluable and genuine.
