Crap delivery and customer service.

I ordered a bike for my sons birthday, I specifiacally paid for the dates it said it would deliver buy.
I then recieve an email stating it will be a week later (a week after my sons birthday).
I then get a call to arrange delivery and I state I won't be in and ask for another date that I will be in, they apparently can't accomodate requests, I'm not sitting in all week and taking a week of holiday on the risk you'll deliver at some point that week.
It'll be another week of waiting, and even then it may be later than that.
Useless, on hold and still no one is willing to gve anymroe details.
Currently looking for a refund.

Firstly, we would like to sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused regarding your delivery arrangements. We completely understand your disappointment, particularly as the order was intended for your son’s birthday.

When placing an order online, customers are provided with an estimated delivery window along with our delivery terms during checkout. As outlined within our delivery terms and conditions, these dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates, as routing and transport schedules can occasionally change depending on operational requirements.

Whilst we always do our very best to accommodate specific delivery requests where possible, unfortunately this is not always something we are able to guarantee. Our transport routes are organised around the schedules and availability of our delivery vehicles, and routes are only confirmed closer to the delivery date to ensure we can utilise our transport network as efficiently as possible.

At present, we do not yet have routes planned far enough in advance to confirm availability within your requested timeframe, therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific day at this stage.

As previously advised, you would be more than welcome to collect the vehicle from our store at your convenience. Alternatively, you may also arrange for your own courier or transport provider to collect the vehicle on your behalf and deliver it directly to you on a chosen date that suits you.

We do appreciate your concerns and understand this situation has been disappointing for you. Please be assured that we are trying to assist as best we can within the limitations of our transport scheduling.

Please let us know how you would like to proceed, and we will be happy to assist further.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company . Buy some were else 1st bike I got off them I had no probs but . I did ask a question and the technical team did not know the answer which I thort was strange. But I bought a 2nd bike 10ten 140r the condition it arrived is was terrible so much damage am not fussy mostly was body work damaged scratched everywhere. Am not bothered but as I was putting it together ther was damage that was not fixable maybe it got dropped in shipping but I don't know. But that is were the problems began it took them 6 weeks to get the part and I had to ring them alot of times to chase it up and by this time I was annoyed. I said you betta get me this part of am coming to your shop the part was sent within 24 hours . Also the back brakes don't work the key hole totally damaged and they seem that on the picz and didt tell me I didn't know what it was but thinking now they shud ov spotted it it the multiple photos I've taken. I've just given with this company am not even gonna complain about the damage it's just too hard work. I give up so I hope this review helps peaple. The compensation they mentioned was £30 I just laughed and said U takin the pis . Then they went away and said they best they can do it scrap the the delivery charge instead and did give me about £70 refund for a bike that was in bad condition and had no part for 6 weeks

When the matter was first raised, we reviewed the issue and offered to collect and exchange the bike. As you preferred to keep it, we agreed compensation for the cosmetic damage and arranged for the required replacement parts to be supplied.

Unfortunately, there was a delay in sourcing one of the parts. While we hold a wide range of spare parts, we cannot guarantee immediate availability of every component at all times. We sincerely apologise for the delay this caused.

Couldn't ask for a better service from the beginning to the end and the delivery driver dan give my partner a walk around the quad explaining stuff and helped put it in the back garden couldn't of asked for better service once again thanks

Too small, not even brand new, to be honest !

Too small i could say for age 8-10years. But no way for 14years old how the products descriptions says.

Fantastic seller
