Shit live support.They reply to you very late.They dont send credentials directly,
I bought 2 accounts with crypto payment and they didnt approve the payment although they took the money and it took them 3 days to give me credentials of the new account,i passed the phases they send the credentials of live account after 2 days.They find excuses for everything,they dont help customers at all shit propfirm.Dont waste ur moneys on this prop!!!

Stay far away from this company. It’s nothing but a headache. Trading is hard and only the most disciplined traders excel but this company is terrible and thrives off making it harder for traders. Their website says “ We pride ourselves on giving the best trading conditions to our clients, and that is why we offer live trading conditions even on challenges. No crazy spread and slippage issues that other firms encounter. We are for the trader.“ This is a flat out lie. Almost every trade I take doubles my stop loss. Ex: risking 2000$ on a 200k account I’ll lose 3k. If I lose 4 trades I’m losing an addition 4K from
My balance. I understand there’s commission, and I understand how volatile the market can be, but every trade nearly doubling my risk? No other firm’s I’ve used are this bad, leading me to believe this company must thrive from making trading more difficult for their clients so they’re less profitable and buy more challenges. The customer service is atrocious and judging by the less than a handful of payout posts per day, many people are getting screwed with the same problem I am. Save yourself a headache and do not purchase from here. There are far more reliable and trustworthy firms. Funded X is NOT one.

Had some issues with duplicate payment. Very prompt response from Aj and the Team in getting a refund issued.

Bad experience

They collected personal information and phone numbers on Halloween for later use and sale.

I have a paid account receipt ، but they don't give me any account.

My experience hasnt been the best with them but after all they did pay me out. But it wasnt without some hassle. First of all they promised me 110% payout split since i used their 110% promo. Never happened. They keep saying we payout super fast etc. But my first payout took 3 days, and my second one took forever. Pretty bad experience around the payout for me, but hey in the end they did pay out so thats why i am giving them 4 stars but to gain 5 they would have to improve for me.

I was funded trader recieved my first payout of 7.7k usd with no problems however they refused my second pay out and closed my account. I emailed support several times without success. They seem to be ignoring me. I have tried to reach out to them however i feel this company is there to take your money and if your successful they don't like paying and will ban you. When I posted on discord they kicked me out. The owner AJ should he ashamed of himself. I worked very hard for that payout.

it is not misinformation as i have sent several emails to which you havent even replied, contacted support several times but was told internal team are looking into it,howevere if you took the time to reply to the emails i sent instead of replying here then maybe i wouldnt be posting this here.

you think you can scare people out of payments using this tactic. the examples you sent via emails are shocking. some of them trades were hours apart. you didnt like the fact i have a winning rate of 75% and your company was losing money.
if you want i can post the rest of email here aswell so people can see you for the scammers you are.

AJ is a scammer, lmao I just did his signal service and it's a full 200% scam! He says you will make money which is a crime in it self but he never shares the losses. They just took 4 stoplosses in a day. When talking to AJ he will just block you and remove you from the group!

Recently shut down to force everyone to their new platform - accounts were breached because of this and am still without the accounts over a week later with no response from their support

I've been with FundedX since the beginning and I can tell by first hand that the team has been always focused at providing what's best for the community such as support, spreads, hearing the community, etc.
Team is always making sure we as customers get the best things out of it.

Spreads are horrible as for any prop firm using Interactive Brokers. I took the exact same trades using a trade copier, one challenge passed and the other no where near it.
