I've bought many challenges from them and have never had any major issues. Even if I did, the support is always pretty quick to reply and the problems get resolved quickly with any account credentials or problems, especially with Somy.
They've always been clear about the rules for me and have never had any issues with the firm itself as they are always quick to reiterate and answer questions in the chat about any rules.

DONT USE NO REFUND POLICY!

even if your accounts are untraded and you no longer want to user their services they will point blank refuse to give you your money back.

every consumer ME and YOU are entailed to a 14 day cooling of prior as a consumer this is law! unless we wave the right away to this by ticking a tick box at the point of sale agreeing to their terms of service.

this firm is simply ran from a tax haven country promoted by an influencer and day to day tasks done by incompetent children !

i am well educated in this space please do not use this "firm" (they will probably get back to this review stating they dont offer refunds but this is illegal and and i have not made this agreement with them) i have reported them to DFSA and the Dubai consumer rights authorities.

I initially thought FundedX was a great firm—until I became consistently profitable. I had multiple successful payouts, but as soon as I requested a $4,000 withdrawal, they denied it. The reason? They manipulated my execution, causing excessive slippage that pushed my losses beyond 1%—a risk limit they don’t even clearly disclose on their website.

I only risked 1%, yet they failed to execute my stop loss properly, letting my trade slip far beyond its intended exit point. Instead of taking responsibility for their poor execution, they used it as an excuse to reject my payout. This is unacceptable and completely unfair to traders who trust them with their time and effort.

If you’re looking for a legitimate prop firm, stay away from FundedX. Protect your money and work with reputable firms like FTMO. FundedX is not worth the risk.

I won an account in a giveaway, got it funded, and made $805 in a live funded account within two weeks. As soon as I requested a withdrawal, they breached my account the next day, falsely claiming I violated their rules—when in reality, no rules were broken. I have proof of everything, yet they refuse to acknowledge it.

Their support system is a complete disaster. One team member says one thing, another says the complete opposite. There’s no consistency, and it’s clear they make up the rules as they go. When I asked for clarification, they were rude, dismissive, and acted like they didn’t want to deal with me. The support team told me to contact the risk team, but the risk team never responds. Live chat is clueless, and when I tried addressing it in their Discord, they muted me for 24 hours. I opened 5-6 support tickets, and they closed every single one without a proper response.

It’s obvious they have no intention of paying traders. They change rules whenever it suits them, hide behind vague terms, and shut down anyone who questions them. Their entire operation is designed to avoid payouts. If you value your time and money, stay far away from this scam. I have all the proof to back this up.

I signed up using the wrong email by mistake and immediately reached out via live chat and created a Discord support ticket to get it fixed. It eventually got resolved—two hours later—but I found the support team’s tone incredibly rude and dismissive. Their attitude came off as arrogant and entitled, which made the whole process quite uncomfortable.

I also requested a refund since I hadn't placed a single trade on the account and no service was actually used. However, I was told there’s a strict no refund policy, which felt very unfair given the circumstances. This policy was not clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

What’s worse, there’s no mention anywhere on the website or FAQs about the mandatory 1% risk rule. You only discover this after joining their Discord after you’ve already paid. This kind of hidden rule feels deceptive and leaves you stuck with an account you may not want.

Overall, I’m really disappointed with the lack of transparency and poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing an account here unless you're 100% sure and don’t mind dealing with rules that aren’t clearly stated upfront

I followed the rules and they dont want to pay me out, dont buy a account from them!!

Crypto trading here is next level. Tight spreads and fast execution got me to 5% profit in phase 2. The dashboard’s clean, and payouts are quick. To be fair, it’s been smooth sailing.

once you pass their account they put rules on all your trades so you cant use your margin and might as well get a 25k account instead of a 100k account

On Saturday I purchased a 50 K funded account through the website. I chose to pay on credit card and when I was in the checkout the payment process was blocked by my bank but then their systems automatically redirected it to a secondary payment processor where the transaction went through for $355.

That's when the problem started the checkout Hung and I never received a confirmation email for my purchase so no login information no account details. No nothing. I sent an email through their website contact form which bounced back to me. Then I contacted support on discord where they started asking me lots of questions about giving them my wallet Address and I just had a very sloppy Customer Service experience with them directly which was super super frustrating because I was just going around in circles repeating the same thing over and over again and they were just not on the ball with what I was saying.

I've basically now been ghosted. The payment has gone from pending to completed on my credit card. I've still got no account confirmation no funded Login information and their support team is just ignoring me. They refuse to give me a refund 100,000% I would never use this company and pay by credit card because they clearly have problems with their payment processes which I understand but they have been so slow to act and ignored the fact that the problem is on their end not on my end they could've easily just granted me the funded and sorted out the payment later and if the payment didn't work out they could've asked me to just do another payment either by crypto or credit card and I would've done that and if I didn't do that they could've just canceled the funded. It would've been no loss to them and they would've had a happy customer but they were so focused on following their extremely rigid process and ignoring the customers needs that it's just completely pissed me off and now I'm at a point where I'm pretty sure I have to dispute it through my credit card company and wait weeks for the resolution rather than them just being Man enough to acknowledge that there's a problem on their end and deal with it quickly but they've chosen to drag it out and do it as difficult as possible so be careful when you choose this company to do fundeds

This is probably the WORST prop firm I've EVEN seen and believe me, I've worked with a few:

FXIFY - Not bad
Quantekel - Not bad
1 of 1 Funding - Everyone knows they are one of the biggest scams out there
FTMO - Not bad, just expensive
TopOne - Best so far but I'm expecting issues when payout is due, will give review when I get to that point

But FundedX are useless, terrible support on live chat and discord.

I advised them that I want to purchase 2x $100k accounts but I need clarification. It took them a day to reply but couldn't answer my question and now I'm being ignored.

I asked them how do they earn money if I trade on a demo account and the reply from Anthony was: "I can not give an answer to this at the moment, am just to provide solutions to any issue your are having during your evaluation stage"

I my opinion, ALL these prop firms are scams. It's impossible for them to make money if you trade on a demo account, so they let you trade on a demo account and implement ridiculous and unreasonable rules and restrictions which they use to justify them breaching your account.

This Prop Firm is horrible. It's better to go to the casino and gamble the money away instead of buying a challenge there.

They change rules without telling anybody.
They dont even inform you when u breached the account, they wait till you request ur hard earned money and js say u breached it 2 months ago on a random trade to waste your time.

Go to any other prop firm if you dont want to waste your money!!

Relatively new firm but can be trusted. Though you have to be careful with their news rule but overall they go by the rules and the support is also available and ensures that the issue is fully resolved. Further, after passing the challenges, they reduce the risk to 1% risk at a time which is very difficult to trade. But at the end, they pays and there is no issue with the payouts. I have requested and received 6 payouts from this firm till date.

For everyone seeing this and does not believe that this review is real, go to the FundedX Discord and add Phil. I will verify what I wrote here all the time!

I´m going to seperate it into: Trading / Rules / Service / Payout.

1. Trading:

You can chose between Ctrader, Traderlocker and now Platform 5. I use TradeLocker which I find very good for trading. I had no slippage problems, like I see on other propfirms sometimes. FundedX has a huge selection of instruments with no overnight swaps, which is great for swing trades. Also the spread is very reasonal for all instruments. For the trading environment I can´t say anything negative.

2. Rules

Prop Firm rules are always quite restrictive, but for the reason to use proper risk management. Its work not gambling. Compared to many other propfirms FundedX has also very reasonable rules but always check them and look if they suit your trading style. For me the rules are very clear and not unfair nor giving FundedX an unfair advantage. For me personally compared to other propfirms FundedX is really really good and after a year now in my opinion pretty underrated to the other prop firms. If they stay their course like they doing now, I hope and believe they become as big as the known ones FTMO, FundedNext, you name it.

3. Service

I had no issues with the customer service. When I had questions about rules they were easy to contact and answered my questions without any hesitation.With any inquiry they tried to fix it asap. I never had any rude answers nor rude customer service, they were friendly and helpful.

4. Payout.

Today I requested my 11th payout. Only with one it took a bit longer but also due to my bank so it wasnt FundedX fault but even during that time, they responded quickly sent me screenshot of the transaction and were very supportive ( it was on a weekend btw).

Is FundedX a good and reliable prop firm? Yes it is! They don´t break promises. They are fair and I dont have the feeling they just want your challenge fee money. Within their rules you can become a better trader. Remember, stop gambling, take this serious and dont trade for a big win. Trade for constant profits and discipline and you will realise that this prop firm is actually very good.

If I have the feeling that my view of FundedX is changing due to not pay the payouts or rules change to disadvantage of traders, I will either write a new review or edit this one.

Use your money on someone else. This doesn’t deserve it. It’s a waste of money.

They say you can’t trade during news events, and that’s okay. But if you’re already in a position and it hits the stop loss (SL) during a red folder news event, it breaches a rule and causes you to fail your challenge. They don’t mention this in the FAQ. They only say you can’t open a trade 2 minutes before the news or close a position 2 minutes after the news. They don’t clarify that it’s a breach if you’re already in a position that was opened much earlier and then hits the SL.
