Excellent service

Excellent service. They kept me informed throughout the way, email, text messages and phone calls.
Unfortunately I couldn’t pick up their calls as I was abroad.

Little disappointed with lack of help!

Firstly they cancelled the first delivery. The second delivery came today 23rd May 2026. Very little help from the courier. We were originally told to have access ready for the item to be delivered into the house, that didn't happen. The Courier just about got it in the back gate and left my husband to it! My husband has mobility problems, so struggled to get the item inside due to the size and shape of the item. The item was undamaged and well packaged. However, the Courier service did keep us notified of all updates of delivery via email and text message.

Very disappointing

Extremely difficult to actually speak to someone to arrange this delivery to be told that you don't do weekend deliveries.
When we put our delivery together and got to the last box we found the glas table top to be broken.
I called furdeco to be told not our fault contact who you bought it from. I asked to speak to a manager to which I was told one would call me back and I am still waiting.

A shambles!!!

When you order a piece of furniture, then get informed that this company is delivering! Nightmare! And they’ve proved me right. My delivery was scheduled between 7am and 10am. It’s now 10.45am, they’re still not here and I’ve had no updates whatsoever! They were a nightmare previously and have proved to be an ongoing nightmare. Why reputable furniture companies use them, I’ll never know.
I’m now on hold to them, to get an update, and currently number FORTY SIX in the queue. FFS!!!
