Delivery was well within the time slot. I was phoned prior to arrival and both Delivery staff were very courteous and pleasant.

Where do I begin
Should have been delivered on 11th may
Never got delivered so phoned up 63rd in line got down to 12th in line got a message down the phone nobody able to take your call
So phoned again on the 12th of may got to speak to someone and they guaranteed me it would be delivered on Friday the 15th never arrived so then get another message saying it was not put on the van for delivery
Then got another message saying it would be delivered on Sunday the 17th between 07.00./10.00 and guess what it never arrived so lost two days work waiting for a delivery and half a day on Sunday through your incompetence as a company
Excellent service, they contacted me the day before and prior to delivery on the day. Respectful of our property and set up the furniture for us. They were very polite and friendly.

My chair arrived within the time frame. The day and date was emailed a few days before. The time slot was emailed the day before with a link to follow progress.
They also rang just before the arrived.
It was set up quickly and I was shown the basics.
The two gentlemen who delivered it were very polite and made sure the chair was in a position I was happy with.
Lastly the packaging was taken away.

Text to let us know a time between 8 & 11, had a phone call to say they were approximately 30 mins away & they arrived on time, great service.
Zero Stars don’t contemplate using these amateurs. What went wrong this time… reluctantly ordered as home delivery couldn’t be collected ( store policy)
Arranged a date, which was a birthday of the recipient. No notifications at all other than one initial email to track order, a few days in all looks good then it suddenly moved back a day, again I only noticed this because I logged in, a day later as I was booking day off work to accommodate the delivery I checked again to find it back on the original date.
Original date can. Went, nothing! No notifications no sorry sweet FA!
Logging in again now for the following day, so make arrangements for someone to be available to accept the delivery, that day can, went and again NOTHING, nothing at all. Now fuming I make multiple attempts to get in touch with- which is almost impossible and certainly not possible to speak to a human!
I get told that it would be out for delivery in the “coming days “ talk about commitment to customer service NOT!
Finally get the delivery a week after originally expecting it. Delivered by the most miserable unhappy and unhelpful people on the planet.
Who then tried to suggest they unpack for £20 cash and take the packaging. No! Not without a waste license buddy!
So - in summary. Go elsewhere for two persons deliveries, or as I had originally planned collect it yourself.
Wouldn’t wish ill on anyone but this is poor and giving as a paid service not worth it. You’re all warned.
