Poor communications, Waited 1h19minutes 50 in a tel queue when its my turn someone just cut the phone off. 2nd attempt different day after 19minutes, again 55 in the queue on my turn no one to take the phone: need to leave a message. Need to give people more options on the delivery slot. No one seems to read what is wriiten on the system, regarding the delivery arrangements. Just keep turning at people property for delivery or sending txt message expecting people to be at home. No one replied back to the text message, then 24hr later re-received the same message will turn up for delivery with a delivery slot.

Only problem was delivery originally was to be Friday. No follow up confirmation arrived and waited all day for no delivery. Tried calling but was number 97, and later 76.

Delivery was 8 days later than expected! I rang to check the delivery time, there were 81 people ahead of me, when I reached no1 there was no one to take my call. When they did turn up, the two men were rude, one more so. I asked them to bring it around the back as it was too big but instead they asked if they could remove it from the box. They passed me and my elderly mother the various parts through the door and threw the box on the grass. I asked for the instructions to which I was told, it just slots together and given a quick demo. When I asked if they were going to take the box, I had a “no” and they left.
The staff kept talking to each other in their own language which I found rude...
When one of the items wouldn't fit through the gate on the trolley they just gave up. The items weren't very heavy so could easily be taken off the trolley and through the gate.
However, I was impressed with the communication from the drivers re delivery times.
We had a delivery of multiple items of Oak Furniture on 23rd May 2026. The two personnel involved were excellent (D269 - Lakhbir SINGH and M267 Ramanpreet SINGH) - We had arranged delivery AFTER 1500 hrs but has to return home early at 1400 hrs by request. This was compensated by the fact they placed the majority of the items on the first floor... quite an effort.. thanks.

The timing was ok but they basically put it in the hall and left. My reason for writing this review was to do with the state of the packaging. The box which it came in was ripped the cellophane which should have covered the package was hanging from the bottom. But they didn't offer any explanation. As yet I haven't opened the box so iam hoping that none of the pieces haven't dropped otherwise of the top.
