Very good despite being told they would only deliver to the driveway in front of the property, the two man team took all seven very heavy boxes to the back garden, which was very helpful.

Took two hours to get through on the phone to customer services and then when item was delivered they literally “knocked and ran” and I had to carry the heavy items in the house by myself.
Not the best customer experience and wouldn’t use again if I had the choice

Very poor service, avoid at all cost
It was supposed to be a 2man delivery but only one man dragged the box to the door. They offered a delivery slot which I could not do but then did not contact me for over a week. I phoned and waited 45mjns until I was number 3 in the queue and then they cut me off. The packaging was wet and damaged and they were delivering a £2500 bike so I would have thought more care would be taken. Only just above a 1 star as the delivery actually finally arrived.

Overall the delivery was fine on the day it actually arrived! It was supposed to be delivered a week earlier and was told it had been when clearly it hadn’t. I then had to spend time trying to find said parcel!
