We were emailed that they had our furniture, then given the day, given the time window , then they phoned to say 20 minutes away !!! You can't ask for more. Nice friendly guys too. Most other delivery firms could learn a lot from them! Excellent!!
The delivery guys phoned to say on way so I was able to make sure they had access to side of house to deliver the items. They were both polite

The arranging of the delivery was very poor. It was over two weeks after my
Order was placed through the range before the first delivery was confirmed. It was for a Sunday between 7-10am. It did not arrive and was reported to not have been loaded. The second delivery was arranged after 75 mins on hold. This was cancelled the day before with no reason given. The third delivery happened but the boxes were damaged and one part of the item.
Was contacted about my delivery and got regular updates and all the tracking information I wanted
A few days before delivery, I was given my delivery date with the option to change it if needed. I was then given my three hour slot, much better than waiting in all day. I could track my delivery on a map and also received a phone call about twenty mins before arrival. Delivery was efficient and the boxes were delivered to my room of choice with care.
