3 hr delivery window is unacceptable these days, most operators give an hour window. However, other information supplied and links are vey good and drivers are very helpful.
No reflection on the delivery drivers but I paid £25 for delivery to a choice of room. I stupidly assumed the furniture would be unboxed and placed where I wanted it. My husband informs me that the drivers walked in my front door straight into my lounge. Sat 2 big boxes down and left. Why should I have paid £25 for that? I could have had free delivery. What is the difference? I emailed the company straight away and almost a week later I have had no reply
Kept us informed and delivery was on time and put in place the furniture was heavy and no wheels to transport it the guys were very efficient.

What more can I say?
First, the del9was late. I was in all day for the del9and it didn't come on the 15th as initially stated. Second, while driving to work they said they wanted a signature but I wasn't able to, this was the Tuesday after. Shocking.
Paid extra for next day and the driver called to let us know the time of delivery and arrived at the time given. Very helpful and didn't mind taking the furniture around to our back gate. Great service. Thankyou

Very friendly asked would they be so kind as to put my package in the side garden and shut the gate as I'm currently in hospital with my daughter and it was not to much trouble at all.
The large cardboard box housing my 3 seater garden sofa was seriously damaged and clearly little care had been given by your company in delivering it to me.
About two thirds of the plastic wrapping was missing; one corner of the box was damaged and crushed; half of the adhesive tape along the length of the box was missing and the box was open; there was a large tear in the bottom of the box.
The 2 delivery men ignored my request to look into the box to ensure all the contents were still in place and told me to sign their tablet and phone the company if I had a problem. They were not friendly or courteous.
I had a very good experience with Furdeco. The delivery arrived on time, the service was professional, and everything was handled carefully. Communication was clear throughout the process, and the delivery team was polite and helpful. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. Would definitely recommend.

Took a day off and waited all morning for them to turn up to collect my item only to get a phone call a few minutes before the end of my collection slot that their van was full a they won’t be arriving. Very poor service.
