Took a day off and waited all morning for them to turn up to collect my item only to get a phone call a few minutes before the end of my collection slot that their van was full a they won’t be arriving. Very poor service.

Saturday delivery
After an original cockup things were quickly
Resolved and we had a Saturday delivery.
The two guys doing the delivery were very polite and and helpful bringing the items delivered 👍 up to our third floor Apartment and leaving them near our balcony doors for me to unpack the items (balcony chairs and a table. )

Shocking service
Took the day off work to take delivery of my order after waiting nearly a week, only to find part of the order missing!!The delivery guys had no explanation and left me to chase it up with the supplier. I actually tried to contact the courier but was in a queue at number 48!! Shocking service!!

The table was smashed in a thousand…
The table was smashed in a thousand pieces. The driver ran over the next doors new hedge which we had to replace, all so we rang you and spent a hour on the phone just to get cut off . Then emailed you with no response all in all I think the hole experience is terrible.

Rude
Rude person. Didn’t say hello, just rolled eyes obviously when asked to drop off the parcel to the back gate instead of the front door. Took picture of 2 boxes, then when we were in the house, they came back and took 1 box back without us knowing and left the gate open on their way out.
2 stars as they did call ahead to let us know they’re 5 mins away.

The item has been delivered
The item has been delivered. It was a set of plastic shelves. A piece of cardboard that was put on top to protect it had obviously come off, and it must’ve been stood upside down on its top because the top is scratched and dirty.
