I found Furnishr online and thought they would be the easiest way to furnish a simple apartment quickly. Because I plan to stay in this apartment for two years at most, I don't need anything fancy. My design consultant provided practical advice for the package I will need. The furniture seems very nice in photos. In the end, the package still exceeded my budget so I bought my furniture elsewhere. I plan to use Furnishr again in the future.

If you don't want to spend time and energy thinking about what you need in a new apartment, Furnishr is the best service for you.

My designs look very nice and the turn around time is impressive. Highly recommend.

Karen Lau was very responsive and creative. she provided me with two solutions very fast and she was available to discuss those solution in a timely manner. She then provided me with a 3rd option in no time.

Her design was very pretty and functional at the same time.

During the first consultation call, we got design tips about how to maximize the home and went through other projects Furnishr did. We then paid a deposit and received a link to view our design packages and they were nicely coordinated. The communication about the designs was smooth. After we ordered the final design package, we got regular updates about the delivery. The whole process was smooth. Our house now has beautiful furniture. Thank you Furnishr team.

We have a second home in Delaware and we live in California. Having Furnishr furnish the whole house was the best choice! Our designer gave us a few design packages to choose from and we only requested small changes and purchased the whole package. A few weeks later, we flew in the day before the installation. Most of the products are high quality. There are a few chips on the accent tables and lamps. We decided to keep them for a discount. We still had a great experience and will use Furnishr again if we need to furnish a room or another house.

We used Furnishr for the first time for an Airbnb unit and we had a great experience. This is our second time using Furnishr to design our living room. The product selections are exactly the style I envisioned and the layout is practical and unexpected.

I used Furnishr to help furnish my apartment and their service has been exceptional. The team was great at communicating with me all the way from the initial design until the delivery. Although the furniture was delayed by about a week, I received updates about the status on a regular basis. The delivery crew took care of moving the furniture and assembling it in unit which was a huge help and the final design was outstanding. Would highly recommend for your furnishing needs!

I stumbled across Furnishr online as I was looking for help furnishing an apartment. I was going through a separation and had to make a lot of decisions behind the scenes. I needed just about EVERYTHING.
Pots & Pans to sheets to forks...you name it.
Furnishr helped me furnish my apartment, so I had a place to go to and it be fully furnished and functional from the start. The process from start to finish was very easy. Karen and other teammates took my feedback on what I liked and more importantly what I did not like as it related to my style, and they created something I enjoy coming home to every day. Upon delivery, there were a few items that either got damaged in transit or I decided weren't the right fit for whatever reason (i.e. a dresser & a rug). They quickly handled any returns or exchanges, which made the process smooth. I highly recommend them for the design element and to take pressure off of trying to fill your home to-be with items you'll love. Moving is already stressful enough and it was worth it to me, especially given my situation.

Our design consultant gave us professional tips about furnishings and really listened to our needs and wants. The design process was quite fast. We waited 4 weeks for the install. The install team were polite and kind. The whole process was so easy. I already recommended Furnishr to many friends.

We are expats who recently moved from London to New York. We did everything virtually from London and found Furnishr. It is unbelievable how they do it all so well. We didn't need to move any furniture. The new furniture and decor we got are high quality and beautiful. Our new flat is so comfortable for our family.

SCAM ALERT 🚨. If you want to waste 5 FIGURES to make your move a NIGHTMARE, Furnishr may be right for you. Spend more than $10K to make your move way MORE stressful, time-consuming, and expensive than it ever needed to be. Pay for a “one day” “turnkey” service to move your family cross-state, but spend weeks with NOT ONE CHAIR to sit on and NOT ONE LAMP to see by. After a MONTH of your children eating and doing homework on the floor, you might get SOME of what you DIDN’T order, CHEAP, DEFECTIVE furniture from Target— but at 4-10 times the price. Sure, you can return it all, but you STILL have to pay for it, even what you NEVER RECEIVED. The owner tells me they had “good intentions” though, they weren’t TRYING to SCAM me, so they kept all our money. ZERO compromises. She, Karen, promised me “apology gifts” but those NEVER ARRIVED EITHER. I never had to SUE anyone before. But Furnishr took away my money, sanity, and sleep. This experience was a complete disaster and made me miserable. Moving is stressful enough. It was financially and emotionally devastating. I don’t have that kind of money; I was trying to save money. This was the MOST EXPENSIVE MISTAKE OF MY LIFE.

My contact at Furnishr sent a proposal almost immediately after I spoke with her, and made the adjustments I requested quickly. The person who set up delivery was delightful and efficient. She set up delivery for the day I requested. The movers who came were extremely nice and knowledgeable, and came on time. Set up was smooth. Could not recommend this service more highly!

We are a delivery company who has done work for Furnishr, we are still awaiting payment for services rendered back in 2022. At first, there was contact in reference to paying the open balances throughout last year but it is now 2024 and no one from this company has answered a call or an email in the last 6 months. Bad business!!!!!! Details have been sent since the response from Furnishr to which I am happy to discuss if someone would reach out to me. Update: Still no response from Funishr as of today.

Low stress, high satisfaction!

As new parents moving into a new home, we really could not ask for a better experience to have our home ready to go as soon as we moved in. Karen did a great job working with us and the design choices, and absolutely met the brief we wanted. The furniture quality is good, lightweight and easy to move around as needed, and the functional pieces were a huge plus. Overall, I cannot praise this enough, and have shared this with everyone I know. You won't regret it!

Karen is a very talented designer and a pleasure to work with. She furnished an apartment for us from scratch, and everything looked wonderful and fit the spaces perfectly.

We had a great experience with Furnishr. Twinkle was very responsive throughout the process. We had a few issues with certain items but these were resolved promptly. Would highly recommend to anybody that is relocating and doesn't want to deal with the headache of furnishing an entire home.

I was moving to a new place with a serious lack of furniture. I hardly had anything. I was facing an insurmountable amount of work to go shopping, design a layout with complimentary pieces, coordinate deliveries, assemble furniture. I researched options for help and found Furnishr. It was exactly what I needed and there isn't another company that can truly help you get this done from start to finish for an affordable price. Everyone I worked with was great and made it a smooth process. Helping every step of the way and taking in all of my feedback. In the end I have a beautiful apartment with quality pieces and hardly had to lift a finger. I would highly recommend for anyone in the same situation. You save yourself days and days of work and end up with a finished product that is better than if you did it yourself.

Great service throughout the process

I found Furnishr online and originally contacted Isla who presented me with an array of choices of the furniture that I wanted. After a number of back-and-forth’s, I chose the items that I wanted (couch, coffee table, bookcase, dining room table, chairs, TV, Consol).

From that time I was constantly updated on the progress of delivery. On day of delivery movers arrived on time, assembled and placed my furniture. They were professional and quick

Overall, I would recommend this company for anybody looking to refurnish one or multiple rooms. They experience from the start to the end was hassle free and I am very pleased with the overall result.
