A good and trustworthy Forex Broker for all
Fxtrading’s app is easy to use and the charting tools have been helpful for my trading strategy. I haven’t had any issues with the deposit or withdrawals. Overall quite happy with my experience at this broker.

Scammers
I have been trading for many years and have experience with many brokers. I have been scammed a couple of times and FXTrading is the latest. I was holding gold positions for a week or two and when I rqeuested a withdrawal, they froze my account saying that I had made some illegal trades. They eventually took 14% of my account(some 2500 euro), without any explanation fo which trades they were not happy with. They also failed to comply with their own complaints resolution process.
It should also be noted that they have been bust making fake reviews on forexpeacearmy, so do not trust the positive reviews you read here as it is their employees.

A company with good customer service.
Since opening an account in Feb. 2023, I have been trading FX & CFDs.
I was so grateful that the FXTRADING.com staff responded very kindly to questons I had while trading and inquiries about deposits and withdrawals.
I was able to earn money and withdraw funds based on the solutions and fundamental analysis date provided by FXTRADING.com, such as FXT Navigator and Trade Manager.
The other brokers shall offer similar services, FXTRADING.com appears to be the noly broker that kindly and throughly explains the solutions it provides.
As long as there are no significant issues during trading, I plan to continue using FXTRADING.com.
I hope FXTRADING.com will continue to provide excellent service to its customers.

Terrible and Stressful Experience
I'm still traumatised after dealing with this company. I'd been trading with them for a few weeks and made one successful withdrawal. After requesting a second withdrawal my account was frozen with approximately $50,000AUD being held from me whilst they conducted an 'investigation'.
They refused to answer calls/emails and online chats to provide me any kind of update. It appeared in the end that they or their liquidity provider had made a mistake with some swap rates. Even though I traded several different instruments this mistake of theirs became my issue as they refused to honour ANY of my trades. So due to a swap issue of which they could never actually identify they just locked me out.
After appealing with them to provide any evidence for WEEKS, they still wouldn't communicate at all apart from a once a week platitudinal 'we're sorry for the inconvenience'.
Finally I got hold of someone who provided some assistance and offered me a settlement. I took it as he said it would take a lot longer if I didn't agree.
So basically I settled as I had a gun to my head and am several thousand dollars worse off thanks to them.
In summary, if you're a serious trader; RUN AWAY from these people.

Scam like behavior by FX-Trading
FX-Trading (Gleneagle Group PTY)
My recent experience with this broker.
I’ve started trading with FX-Trading at the beginning of February 2023,
on generic instruments: CADJPY,USDJPY,XAUUSD, Oil and EURUSD.
Trades were held for several hours or a couple of days and were all fair and square.
I made good profit and the first withdrawals were uneventful.
Then at the end of February the problems started:
My withdrawal request was declined and I received an email, asking for a video of me, holding POI and an additional proof of address for compliance issues.
Immediately after providing the documents, they blocked the access to my account holding 500.000 Euros in funds and started ghosting my emails and calls requesting an explanation.
Only 2 weeks later, still holding my 500.000 Euros without any justification given, they came back to me stating that some of my trades have violated their terms of service and product usage, still not disclosing the specific trades in question and that an investigation of 25 to 30 working days will be conducted.
Another 5 weeks later, after various conversations, they agreed to return only 86% of my total funds, keeping 70000 Euros without any justification.
Till today, I haven’t received any proof of the violation of their terms of service and usage that I have been accused of.
In my 10 years trading experience, I never came across such a behavior, from a regulated Australian broker .
Needless to say, that I do not recommend FX-Trading!!!!
You may lose some or all of your funds!
