Nice product, shame about the customer service.
I ordered from GAB Vinyls 28/8 because I was impressed by their range. I got an email 2/9 saying my order had been dispatched, with Royal Mail 48 but they didn't include any tracking information. They made a particular point of highlighting that means a 2-14 days delivery window. After a week, I was surprised as I'd had several other Royal Mail deliveries without delays, I emailed them to ask for tracking information and there was no response. I tried the contact form on their website, no response. The order did eventually arrive (within the royal mail timescales) but I've been discussing it with other customers and they've had extremely similar experiences. Their orders arrived on the same date as mine, despite being ordered at different times. It feels like like they're delaying dispatch and sending a bunch of parcels at once while claiming the order has been dispatched within a couple of days of the order.
However, even if the delivery delays really are all down to Royal Mail, the lack of response to emails (from me and from other customers) is just poor customer service.
The vinyl seems great though, so if you don't mind waiting a few weeks then go for it. I won't be using them again.

I can not fault them.
Great value. Incredible ranges, delivery times and customer service which is next level. I've used them a good number of times for lots of different reasons and everytime (I'm quite particular) they've got it 100% right.
I order with confidence and all my expectations are met.

Couldn’t recommend anyone better
I cannot rate a business more highly then I rate G.A.B Vinyls. We have been using for them for around two years now and I have never had a single problem, delivery time is super quick, products are always fab, and the customer service is a absolutely amazing. I would honestly hand on my heart never use anywhere else for vinyl I’ve tried and tested most places but nothing compares to these.
