Horrible Experience
We are at the resort today and seems nothing is matching what we were told.
- we were supposed to get a condo with king bed, one sofa with bed, and kitchenette (non of that happened....we have a room with 2 double beds and no kitchen.
- the offer was supposed to have Water park and zip line included in the price (folks clearly denied - you pay for everything here)
- everything is misleading.

This place is definitely a scam! I have NEVER had any resort, hotel, motel etc, ask my age, place of employment, if I am married or single. What is my level of income, and didn't qualify me due to my income level per year, then she quickly hang-up the phone when I told her I'll do a review on her. They are fishing for information and I should have knew something was wrong. I would not advise giving out your personal information. SCAMMERS!!!!

The demographic requirements are set forth by our Resort Partners, not us, and they are all listed on the website under the Offer’s “Terms & Conditions.” The last thing that we want to do is to sell this package to someone that does not qualify because the penalty for purchasing the package without qualifying would result in an additional charge of the full rack-rate of the resort stay. Our packages are not a scam but there are qualifications to meet to purchase which not everybody meets. We can understand why this would be disappointing to someone who does not qualify or want to answer the questions.

In my 30 + years of living I have NEVER had any resort, hotel, motel etc, ask my age, place of employment, if I am married or single, etc. They are fishing for information and I should have knew something was wrong when the person sound like they were from India 🤣. I ended the call I would not advise giving out your personal information. KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE!! I paid full price for me and my family getaway and I did not have to worry about having my information stolen. You have been WARNED!!

We excited to do Made reservation for Westgate hotel good deal price But I found out more information by gateway deals They asked me Stupid questions my personal see How much I earned high level only !! They don’t qualify me because of my low income and senior citizen! Omg that company sucks !
