I tried to make a reservation through the website. The deal was 89 dollars. When I completed the reservation, it mentioned that I had to call this number. When I called the representative asked several questions, which were not relevant to the booking. After that, he told me that I was not qualified for that offer and told me that I had to pay 650+ dollars for the same package.

Ruined my Birthday
I purchased the $99 vacation at Westgate. Then upgraded to a larger room so in total it was $249. It slept 8 people and the kids were comfortable. The representative said I had to take a 90 minute tour. It was several hours of torture. It happened to be my birthday. This was a terrible experience from the tour to the subpar outdated hotel. Made for an awful birthday and time I can never give back. There should be a law against how long you can legally keep someone in the sales room. And if there is they didn’t tell us because I would’ve left. We had a 2 bedroom right by the pool which was nice but then I started to look around and it was low budget everything. The furniture was old and peeling. The sinks would not drain. The kitchen sink drained into the dishwasher and the dishwasher was difficult to latch. The shower had no hot water. The Airconditioner did not get cold in our room. Do not do it! There are better places to have nicer experiences in Orlando. I do not recommend.

Everything was perfect except the money charge
Everything was perfect except the extra charge of $250 because my spouse was a no show but I understand it's a policy the company has BUT on the lighter note I have to emphasis everything was perfect and at the time for checking our I did not want to go...lol....I had a wonderful time plus I already told my two friends with the pictures I took and they want to experience your facilities....👍

We changed rooms 3 times the 4th room…
We changed rooms 3 times the 4th room was better the curtains was molded and look very bad when you com up to the room. The 1st room was dark and dreary looking from the outside near the woods. 2nd on the back in the cut. The third the carpet smelled like old smoke and mildew. The sinks and tub need restored. A was told Westgate with 2 pools the view was not what was promised..the location was very convenient

One rep said i will have a King size bed in a studio resort at Westgate, then the 2nd rep on the same call to verify my reservation said I will have a queen size bed. So i was receiving conflicting information which is sort of frustrating. And the price they gave was 2 different amounts. 🤦🏾♀️
