Bands break

My wife ordered the Redge Fit for my birthday. I started using the Redge fit and it did as described. I can see the results and I’m impressed. Their customer service is awesome to work with and have done a great job. Thanks Redge Fit.!!

Bad customer service

I ordered a portable gym for my husband for Father’s Day and never received it even though it said in transit. I called ups and they said to contact ridge fit too. This was June 19. The company said they’d look into it. It is now July 2 and no response. I have emailed numerous times. No response. I’m very frustrated. I would give this company zero stars if I could! Very disappointed. DO NOT order from this company!!

Ordered the redge fit 2 months ago

Ordered the redge fit 2 months ago. All I have gotten are AI auto generated comments to our request or worse, complete silence. We have been notified it is "shipping queue" for 2 weeks now. Seems like a scam. No one responds to comments to cancel order so yeah, stuck dealing with a company that takes money but doesn't deliver.

Never got my product

Never got my product, lost with UPS. I have sent them several emails and used the chat box and no one seems to be able to respond to me. I even left comments and sent them a message via Instagram. No response.I bought this product more than a week ago and no one can respond to me. All I want is a refund and never deal with this company again. The customer service is God awful and I wish I would of came here first because I am starting to think they delete negative comments…Oh! And Just found out they blocked me on IG. All because I told them I was trying to reach out. This company is a whole scam

I didn't get all my order the most…

I didn't get all my order the most expensive part of it and the way they got it set up with ups. Ridge fit has to contact them and you get no response from them. Contact number don't seem to work. Makes me feel this whole thing is fraudulent.

UPDATE: After leaving my review here I did get my refund.

My review sounds very much like others. Wish I had read this first. I never received my order. After asking for a refund I was told they would send the request to the billing department. Now no one will respond. It has been about 2 weeks. with no response.

DO NOT order from this company

I placed my order on 5/13/24 and did not receive any shipping/tracking info for a few days. I emailed the company and was told that it was out of stock and that they would email me once it ships. I received an email stating that it was back in stock and would be receiving shipping email. No emails. Nothing. I emailed the CS for Redgefit and I got the same response saying that it was out of stock. I asked them to cancel my order. They refused saying that the order has been processed. I escalated it through PayPal and will be going to American Express next. This is a scam company with terrible customer service. Probably a foreign company paying children to put together subpar products for pennies a day wages.

Misleading ad

I ordered this portable gym because I believed it would deliver within three days, but it was clickbait. I emailed them, but they did not respond. I ordered this on 6/11, and today is 6/17. I regret I ordered this.

Horrifically Poor Customer Service: No Steak, Just Lots of Gristle

Horrifically poor customer service. I ordered this product for rehab purposes, having suffered a through and through tear of my left supraspinatus tendon with AC joint hypertrophy. My orthopedist told me to transition, at least for the next three months, to a band type workout system from the free weights I prefer. I ordered this contraption a week ago, post promise of three day shipment, and have had no feedback whatsoever from these hucksters. What's more, the supposed free app, which I really don't need but expected based on the group's advertisements, provides only paid access. Another shining example of the inverse relationship between entities that spend mega dollars on advertising the shlock they otherwise could not sell sans the false promises due to the collective incompetence of the company and whatever the hell it is they are hawking.

Terrible company selling an absolutely…

Terrible company selling an absolutely unsafe product. I originally tried to cancel the order after further review of their website and after finding all the honest reviews on Amazon. The website is very poorly made using old techniques such as copy/paste which paints the picture of this product being cheaply made almost scam like. Furthermore The customer service phone number is disconnected and any email correspondence is a BOT. The APP is also a joke and in most cases requires additional money to use the features. Big feature such as the workouts despite them supposedly being included in a package deal.

I was able to get my money back, however, the buyer is required to pay for the shipping, in my case $20 via USPS, it would have been $46 via UPS. So clearly not a full money back guarantee, they do list that in the fine print.

I would advise anyone considering buying this to review the product on Amazon first. Their reviews are honest and are a lot worse than Redgefits site. The Amazon reviews mention the snapping hazard and obvious manufacturer quality issues, there are a lot of them too. The product is very cheaply made to the point it’s obvious this product is dangerous to use. I agree with other reviewers that Redgefit only displays positive reviews only on their site. This is a good product and company to avoid doing business with.

They made it right.

Update. Customer service got back to me and fixed the app so I'm upgrading my review to 4 stars. There is bumpiness in their workflow but they made it right.

So far I’m giving 3 stars for the quality of the product. I took off 2 stars since I can’t reach anyone about why the app is not recognizing my email and giving me the one year membership as advertised. I feel I would use this product if I could access the programs.

They delete negative comments off of Facebook. I made this purchase not thinking about my new injury which is permanent. I’ve sent an email no response. I also paid online and it offered 100 videos. But you get on to the app and you have to pay. After I made my order I received text message after text message to use my discount code. I haven’t unboxed it but don’t plan on it

Awesome product!

I love how durable the bands are and how I can take my RedgeFit with me where ever I go. It fits into to my carryon bag when I travel so I literally have no excuse to not get a good workout in everyday. The variety exercises that I can do ensures that I never hit a plateau and that I can always get a full body workout. No matter your fitness level this a a great product if you want to get in shape or stay in shape!
