Quick shipping, fast customer service, effective and easy to use equipment

Great customer service. They respond quickly and efficiently. After breaking my leg, this has been a great tool to use to build muscle in a safe and functional way. There is something for everyone on the App. So many variations of exercises. I like that they offer 4 week challenges, something to keep you moving and processing.

This is honestly one the best home gym equipment to have and it's easy to use and put away without taking up any space. This is a Must Have if wanna work your entire body out but don't want to commit to a Gym membership. Also this company has customers service! Thank you RedgeFit

To start, their products are solid, budget friendly and versatile enough for a full body at home workout.

I mostly use the bands for recovery and mobility movements, and they provide the right amount of tension.

On top of that, their customer service is speedy, super helpful and understanding.

I would highly recommend RedgeFit to anyone looking to expand on their at-home workout equipment.

As others have stated you can't not get a refund! I have shipped back my item and have emailed multiple times requesting a refund. I have a tracking number, rma and order number and no response. I have called but again it states to email. Do not buy from this company. I am now going to have to contact my credit card company to do a charge back and possible lawyer because I have not heard back. Unbelievable

I have enjoyed the time I’ve had with Redge fit and the work out system. I think what I like the most about it is the workout programs available because it keeps me motivated knowing I have a certain work out to do per day. And it works different parts of the body every work out.

Excellent product and customer service, when I had an issue, I assumed it was a lost cause to reach out to customer service, but figured I had nothing to lose, and to my surprise, they were very gracious and take care of my issue promptly and to my extreme satisfaction! Buy the lifetime warranty, it's a small price to pay and definitely worth it!

I absolutely love my Redge Fit. I have been looking for something to use at home to give me that in the gym feeling. This has done that and more!! It is so easy to put together and store. The work outs on the app give you a full body workout. I have already dropped weight and inches of my body. Thank you thank you thank you Redge Fit for giving me my confidence back.

Love using my Redge Fit. Getting to workout in my home is so important to me but being able to get a QUALITY workout is just as important. Using this for a whole body workout is what I love the most about it.

I absolutely love the bar! I’m new to resistance training and was a bit intimidated but this definitely is easy to use and not to hard for beginners. The app was helpful too, the trainers walk you through each step and the timer helps you keep pace! I also had a an issue that was resolved quickly by speaking with a chat agent from Facebook! Also the carrying case is a nice touch for taking it with me out of town!

I love the convenience and versatility of this equipment. It makes it so easy to get a workout in. After you get used to adjusting it for each exercise, you truly appreciate not having to worry about the gym and all the different pieces of equipment!

One of the best equipment! Love this!

What a joke, requested for a full refund and was ignored. Sent out several emails, but never had an reply about helping or assisting with my return. Instead they will send out am email stating that my order is being shipped after multiple times of it being lost. When I first ordered it, I had already requested for a return when I purchased since I have gotten a new gym membership and will no longer need it anymore. The reply was the order has been processed already and just refuse the item when FedEx delivers the items. I never had a chance to refuse the item, the FedEx drive just left the equipment at my doorsteps without requesting for a signature. To make matters worse, the ab roller that was purchased with this order never made it. Reached back out again, stating that not all items has been delivered and still requesting for a full refund. Instead of canceling the ab roller, they reply back saying the item is on its way. How frustrating already. When I have tried calling the contact # listed and its no longer working? Emailed multiple times about my concerns that I only have 30days for my refund and never heard nothing. The lack of customer service skills and attention to customers needs was ignored. I have also reached out through social media (Instagram) which where I have discovered this product. Still no help whatsoever! I would not recommend this product, I don't know what else to do. I feel as if I'm stuck with this product that's no longer needed and forced to pay, after several mistakes made already.

Redgefit is awesome! Light and versatile and simple to use. Also great to have if you’re limited on space. My only wish is that they offered a larger and slightly heavier duty bar, since I’m 6’5” and broad shouldered. Customer service has been outstanding when reaching out too.
