Looks basic

The control panel seems to be a fully standard Multicraft instance, half of the features do not work. The FTP is broken and I cannot upload my minecraft world. Contacted support but no help.

We've been struggling with our server's…

We've been struggling with our server's performance for a lot of time in other servers and when we moved to ggservers and asked their lag issue department they worked hard for an entire day until we finally found and fixed our problem, now we are enjoying the premium plan and every player is happy with their great performance. Very good team!

Overall Experience

Very nice staff, many articles, fast at responding, and overall just a great service. The only downside is that the prices are a bit pricy, but it's not bad. Way better than all the other server hostings I've used. 10/5.

(Also, Austin deserves a promotion)

We just had a great session with…

We just had a great session with Anghel, and let me tell you, these folks are worth every penny. Fluke failure we could not figure out, and he stuck with us until it was fixed, they are outstanding. Cannot be happier with our choice of server hosts, they are fantastic, thanks!!

Excellent service!

Works perfectly. The last year, service was cut out once but we were immediately noticed ans it was fixed in a couple of hours. When changing minecraft server plan, they transferred all our data to the new node, and made the process very easy. Their support team is fast and helpful. Also low prices. What more can i say? Excellent service!

Shady Business Practices

Canceled through the site, and they do not send an API call to PayPal to cancel the subscription. They are covered through their Terms of Service legally, but they will knowingly collect your money forever and do nothing about it until you catch them. They billed me for almost 3 years after the last invoice was issued and the service was canceled on their site. I reached out to them directly and they acted like their hands were tied as if they had no agency in making things right.

If you are wondering why I canceled, the service was spotty, and couldn't reliably connect to my server, so I attempted to reach out and the customer service at that time was fairly rude and unhelpful. The recent customer support reps were not rude, but ultimately management couldn't be bothered to make things right.

Not asisstant's fault! . Little to no help from support center

Austin was not unkind or anything related. I think the problem was with Multicraft itself. Every answer was not concrete. For example, when I asked a question like, 'If I turn my server back to offline mode, will my inventory and achievements be back?' (they were back btw) the response I received was, 'Unfortunately, it's not certain.' This kind of vague response made it impossible for me to get any help from the support center.

Wondeful! But I had some troubles

This server hosting company is amazing!

Live Chat Support: 10/10. Very quick respond (3-10 minutes). Every problem got fixed when I used Live Chat Support.

Ticket Support: 9/10. The respond is quite good. In like 3 hours I get a response. Almost every problem gets solved.

My experience:
I'll be as honest as possible. I'll tell you 3 problems that I had with this company. 2 got solved(I guess)
1. I had a 2GB server. I wanted to delete my account and the service(server) too. I requested the deletion of the service. It got accepted(the request), then I deleted the account. 2 days later I changed my mind and I wanted again a server from GGServers, I bought a 1GB server this time. When I connected to MultiMC I still saw the 2GB server that was ''deleted''. I contacted support(live chat) and everything was fine and solved.
2. My (1GB) server got some errors once in a while. I contacted support (live chat) and everything seemed fine.
3. The (1GB) server got a node problem. I opened a ticket. The support told me to make a node transfer. I refused 'cause I don't want there to be an IP change(the players are getting confused). The server is stopped. I can't start the server 'cause of that error. I'm waiting for a response.

That was my experience. I recommend you to try GGServers. If the problem that I mentioned eariler gets solved I will edit my review and add 5 stars.

Jenn from GGservers help staff was the…

Jenn from GGservers help staff was the most helpful experience Ive had on the website! Whoever they are they deserve a raise because they not only stuck through when I admittedly was slow to ask a follow up question but also stuck with me through difficult crashes and worked through the files on their end as well! I was able to solve the crash issues of 2 modpacks in one talk and they weren't the most simple or easy to detect crashes either. Anyway, Jenn was nice and I hope this also can help get me out of the $20 bet I lost to them (I'm a horrid bet maker and literally never win)

Alin is best support

The agent Alin helped me by guiding me through a long process of trial and error to discover the sources of lag in my server and modpack. Explained how to use some of the network tools and was all around a nice and helpful dude. He should definitely be getting paid well cause his help is of the most professional nature. Thanks Alin

Customer service is astounding!

Customer service is astounding!
Staff members are very understanding and always converse with you at eye-level!
I honestly don't know what else to type here other than the fact that whenever I use the "Live Chat" customer support feature, I always get a reply within 5 minutes or less since it's available 24/7. I always get treated as if I'm top priority, and whenever I am in need of tips or technical support, I get all the help I need and even more than that!

SO FAST

SO FAST. Like IMMEDIATELY I get an actual person working on my problem and its solved in 5-10 minutes. I cannot describe how important that is. Every other company help service takes DAYS to get replies or at the least an hour or 2 just to connect and work something out. You guys ROCK.

Awesome experience :)

I very much appreciated the helpfulness and quick-response time of the staff. They helped me understand what I needed to get my server running and were incredibly patient through the entire exchange, even went above and beyond and mentioned something I didn't even know in regards to memory issues which saved me endless trouble, turns out I just needed an upgrade! Great Service & Staff (Jenn)

Great service. Had an issue with the server which was something I had mistakenly forgot to do. turned out I had updated the server and forgot to update one of the mods, spoke to a staff member Jenn who established the issues within a couple of seconds and everything was back up and running. AA+++ Service and Staff
