I've been using Giclee London for prints of my original paintings for a few years. The prints are great quality and there's a choice of papers to print on. I usually go for one called Origin Expression Smooth Cotton Art which is a non glossy finish. The prices are very reasonable and the service has always been helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Have been using Giclee print since 2019 for my art business, and they deliver consistent high quality prints. On the occasion there have been any issues, these were swiftly resolved. Top service all round.

I had a scandalous experience with these guys. Careless and unpolite doesn't begin to describe their attitude. They produce botched work, with aspect ratios of their choice, not yours, and margins of random width. After which they expect you to be satisfied, in the all too apparent belief that you are for them and not the other way round. When faced with complaint, they first lie in your face ("that was what you said you wanted", "that was what you approved", etc.), then they start pushing you around, so you get tired of debating the obvious with different individuals, who don't even care to say in what capacity they are interfering. Then, if you still stick to your complaint, they start calling you names and uttering silly threats with lawsuits. I had placed an order of 1300 pounds with these guys, and what I got for that money was a winter holiday tainted by stress and sleepless nights. That was my "personalized customer experience" from Giclée London*. But at least I can be sure they weren't prejudiced with me. For some reason they felt important to state that, not sure why. It's certainly nice to know one doesn't get cold-shouldered and shortchanged in Brexit Britain just because one is a foreigner. Reeeeally reassuring. Long story short: after the most awkward of exchanges, I managed to make these guys redo half of my order of eight items, i.e. they couldn't convincingly deny they had something serious to make up for. But when in the end they told me I shouldn't try to make business with them any more, that was not only obnoxious and arrogant once again, but redundant in the extreme, too. By the way, I am willing to show anybody my complete correspondence with Giclée London, just to give a more detailed idea of what I'm talking about here.
* To be noted that their name is already a lie. They have nothing to do with London, they reside in the vicinity of Reading, in a shed shared with some car repair shop, in the middle of nowhere. It's a full day adventure to get there and back, especially that not even the cab driver can figure out the address.
P.S. — Almost two years after the events depicted above, a new manager of the firm (now called Total Print Direct) drops me an email, apologizing for the experience I had with them, and reassuring me that things are creamy-peachy after the departure of two employees.
