Sorry to hear this! Most of our braiding hair can be cut to accomodate shorter hairstyle. Don't hesitate to contact us if you have any question.

And when a person has a l allergic reaction in hours after using the braid hair they don’t cooperate.
Telling the customer to get %15 discount on the next order.
For what… to buy extra hair and get more allergic reaction.

We're sorry you had a bad reaction to Ruka hair and take note of your feedback - we will add more information regarding key ingredients.
As mentioned by our customer service, we have a 14 days return policy for hygiene products such as braiding hair, and can't accept returns or refund as you reached out to us more than 3 weeks after receiving your order.
We understand this is a frustrating situation and hence offered a 15% discount on any products on the website as a gesture.

Item received in good time and quick to respond in communication. But the box was open and it did not look as though it had been securely packaged. Im surprised the item wasn't damaged.
