I've had experience with other providers, but Gleam is the best I've worked with. One of the features I've liked is the fraud detection. Gleam watched for things like too many entrants using the same IP or device without separate social media logins. And if I identify a pattern that looks odd to me, as I did recently, Gleam has several ways to check. In a recent incident, Gleam identified a large number of entrants who, though they all had separate social media logins and used different IPs, were all entering from the same device. The entrants were promptly deleted, and all names, social media accounts, IPs, and the one device were all banned. Support is also good with other issues. During normal business hours in Australia, they answer emails promptly and keep working on a problem until it is resolved. Also, the service continues to add new features. Though pricing has increased somewhat since I started working with Gleam, it remains a good value when compared to offerings from the competitors I've looked at. It's hard to compare because of the differences in features, but if Gleam is pricier at a particular plan level, it also offers more at that level--and the highest level plan is one you'd never need unless you were running an extremely large business.

I was taking part in promotion that Gleam was the platform team leader. I had run into some trouble and couldn’t enter the sweepstakes & was rather stress about it. The sponsor told me to contact Gleam and I’m so glad did. Jessica was a huge help & figured out the problem right away. I was up & running in no time. She was very professional, friendly, & helpful. I was very impressed.

We already had an in-app contest feature but we decided to give Gleam a shot. It worked out incredibly well. It's a bit pricy but totally worth it.

I've had a fantastic experience with Gleam so far! Setting up the competition was straightforward and John from customer service was fantastic when I hit one little snag (which was on Facebook's end, not Gleam's). His replies were extremely prompt. So far everything is going very smoothly! I'm excited to see the final results.

We are a Nor for Profit organization and the fact that you have to pay $120 for a YEARLY subscription for Hobby level is complete BS. We live and breath by our donations on Patreon and Paypal which is a small amount each month. We have a budding affiliation with a couple of sponsors so need the ability to add more than one option for example to Visit a Facebook page, but nope. The ONLY way you can get that feature is to PAY $120! What a total rip off. Shame on Gleam for this.

Sucks... Since the first time I tried logging in it tells me my email has already been logged in and won't let me. How is my email already logged in if it has never let me log in???? It's just stupid and annoying.

One of the best customer services experiences I've ever had with an online platform, learning a new platform having the support when I have a question and getting an answer within minutes is amazing. A lot of companies should learn how Gleam does it as there is no excuse for bad customer service nowadays. Thank you Gleam you rock :)

I use the competitions tool for my lucky draws, and love how the app syncs and pulls all different social media channels together for greater reach for my contests. Great customer service as well, very prompt in answering my requests and helping out with my campaign. Highly recommend Gleam!

Had an issue with my first competition, got a reply in a few hours that had identified and fixed the problem! I didn't even have to do anything. Honestly a great experience.
