Terrible service. Banned my account for doing a giveaway differently then they wanted even though their platform let me do it that way. Have winner price (Nintendo Switch) and has receipt. They banned my account. So I cursed them out.

Yet another amazing experience with Gleam! They have a phenomenal support team, I really can't fault them. Not only is the platform just amazing and really fun to use, easy to navigate and organize, but the team they have behind it is great and deserves a shout out. I have contacted them on a few occasions with questions and they are prompt, effective, coherent, and really know their stuff. Every issue or question I have ever had has been solved easily and almost immediately. I really just can't wait for another excuse to use this platform.

Great experience, Gleam.io is my go-to app for setting up giveaways. I've been using it for the past two years and it integrates perfectly with MailChimp, simplifying the process of aggregating users into our newsletter. Customer service responds quickly and efficiently, would definitely recommend!

I will use Gleam again.
Nothing but great things to say about the people and service at Gleam.
First, I love the platform. I was able to get a contest up and running in about 10 mins. Using the platform, I was able to acquire new leads for less than 10% of my current acquslisition cost. PLUS, I was able to grow my social media accounts.
Second, the service is very responsive. I didn't need support until after my contest was over. They had responded within a few hours and had already fixed the issue.
Not to mention, the issue was one I created and had nothing to do with the platform or service. They fixed it anyway.
I will be using Gleam again and continue to use them un all of my businesses.

Fantastic service!

Customer support. Gorgeous contests. Gleam is my favorite.
I have a large mailing list that I take really good care of so I wanted to make sure that the contest software I chose was top of the line, dependable, had excellent customer support and would be viewed at trusted. I did a lot of research and tried many different company's offerings. Then I discovered Gleam. I have been a customer and a fan ever since. Having joined in 2016, my experiences over the past three years have been 100% positive. My emails are always answered promptly and with the information I need. The software looks gorgeous and works extremely well. I have grown my email list significantly thanks to Gleam. My rating is 5 star for sure.
