Good consultations, cheap on the pay
I've done many consultations for the GLG network by now. Most of them have been very well aligned on the topic, and the moderator acts professionally.
However, the communication is always lacking on their side - either silent or too rushed.
Payment is a constant issue with them, they short calls with a few minutes until the hour so they can pay you a few dollars less. This is very frustrating because I block a full hour of my time, and they pay me minutes short of an hour. Also their rates are the lowest.

This company is fake. Stay away people.
This company is not legit. I’ve been a consultant with them for almost a year. Never have they ever replied to any of the messages I’ve sent after I was invited to consultations. One time they invited me to consult on a sensitive topic that was illegal to discuss that requires government security clearance and wanted to discuss a company's inside details which is unethical and illegal.
I wrote them expressing my concerns. I did not get any reply. It’s as if the names and addresses they’re sending invitations from are fake. Now I understand that this company take our answers and compile a report for their client based on our replies. That is what their business is. I wasted a lot of time, doing their compliance training, answering surveys, and requests for consultations, but have not made a single dollar.
People - stay away from GLG. There are tons of other expert networks available which are more professional, precise and user-friendly.
Avoid GLG.

Very good experience with GLG
Very good experience myself with GLG, and almost always a very strong/good alignment of client needs/insight to my expertise. Recently I was scheduled for an Event Forum with 6-8 clients speaking about a Corp (for which I have extensive expertise), but that was cancelled upon short notice (w/i 24 hrs after scheduled weeks prior). GLG did a reasonable job of covering part of my prep-time for that event. I am disappointed in the Project Flow to me in recent months/weeks/months, and not sure if that reflects Tariffs related unknowns in the chemical industry or some other issue? I would appreciate some feedback on this.

This company use industry experts like a tissue paper. Use them and then discard them. Worst customer service, mostly Indians sitting in India providing customer service.
Hello people, stay away from this company. There are tons of other expert networks available which are more professional, precise and user-friendly.
GLG keep you money for 30 days before pay out. They take money from their clients promptly but pay us after 30 days and earn bank interest for 30 days. This is cheating.
Thank God I closed my account with GLG.
