Our travel agent, Alex, dealt with our flight cancellations (by the airline) promptly in a professional manner acknowledging our disappointment. Much easier to give good customer service when the outcome is positive but it takes greater care and attention when airlines cancel flights and World politics determine travel plans. Thank you Alex.

The customer service representative walked me through multiple issues I was experiencing with my debit card. First, my debit card was flagged for fraud, then we realized the billing address was incorrect, and finally, my mobile banking app settings were incorrect. Meet was incredibly patient with me throughout the whole process and honored the rate that I originally tried to book. If it wasn't for his dedication to helping me fix each problem, I would have missed the world-class achiever retreat in Thailand. I had tried to book another flight the day before, but had no idea why I had lost the previous booking. I have had many customer service postions but I was incredibly impressed with his patience and understanding of my nervousness in completing these transactions, and he was willing to provide solutions to all the problems I was experiencing. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

My original flight was cancelled due to what is happening in Iran and I only had one day of wiggle room with getting to my destination.

I booked through Globehunters, was thankful to actually find a flight that wasn't too expensive considering the flight was been booked the next day. I received a "confirmation" that my flight had been booked, but no tickets. Later that evening I received a phone call that flagged up on my mobile as a possible scam.

I was told it was Globehunters calling to confirm my booking. I was told by the guy on the phone that he was "currently on the phone with the airline confirming my booking", which I understood from the email was already booked. He came back to me and asked if I had any flexibility with the days I fly, I told him I had flexibility returning but no flexibility on the outbound that was booked for less than 24hrs away. He again told me that the airline had told him that "if you fly one day later than you have booked we can give you the flight for the amount you paid, however if you need to fly tomorrow (on the confirmed date) it's going to cost you around £200 more.

I have seen other reviews on here saying how great Globehunters have been and not tried scamming people because of what has happened with flights been cancelled. However my experience was very much the opposite and they tried adding money to an already confirmed flight. I don't know if the guy I spoke to was trying to bump up his commission or something but I had to tell him, no I will fly on the date I have confirmed for the price I have already paid.

He then told me he would call back later to confirm this and never did.

I had to phone globehunters to get confirmation that my flight was in fact booked and be given an eticket number to set my mind at easy that I had a flight booked.

Got a flight far cheaper than alternatives. One thing I'd note though; it takes them about 24 hours to get you the ticket. I was nervous it wasn't going to get delivered, but they eventually got it through. I did call into customer service 3 or 4x to check in, and got a response with an understanding CS person every time.

Service isn't for everyone; but if you're cost conscious, worth giving them a try. Our family saved quite a bit.

The service is great and Kade was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Globhunters (Mr. Prince) helped arrange airfare for my family of four traveling from North America to Southeast Asia on different dates. Our schedule was a bit complicated, but he was very patient and flexible throughout the process.

He worked hard to find flights that fit our schedule and offered competitive prices. He was responsive and easy to work with, which made the planning much smoother.

I highly recommend Globehunters if you need help with international travel arrangements.
