had a lot of questions as I had never had a booking with Globehunters before. Alex was great with answering all my questions and helping me after I didn't receive my confirmation ticket (electronic error) and promptly sent a manual email confirming the details. Ensured we could get extra help if we needed anything at all. great customer service :)
