If I could give this company 0 stars, I would! This is the WORST CANDLE COMPANY!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NONEXISTENT, HANDLED BY BOTS! I received 2 broken candles and they still haven't refunded or exchanged! Steer clear!! Stay with Bath and Body Works!!

First off I love these candles because their ability to make your entire house smell amazing is nothing but extraordinary. Second…when they have a sale it’s a great sale!!! That’s when I have the ability to strike! Really though you cannot go wrong with Goose Creek. They ship super fast too.

On Par with bath & body works
The quality is definitely on par with any three wick candles that you get from BBW. The price is where Goose creek exceeds their competitors. The quality of scents is the same. They could probably improve on the quality of their wicks. Sometimes the wicks are short/thin burns even if you tend to the care and trimming of the wicks.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! To cancel an order you have to do it within an hour. BUT you have to do it through there email at ZENDESK and they wont reply until the next day to tell you that its over the 1 hour limit! It is just a SCAM to keep your payment! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This company is losing customers by the day due to NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Putting PROFITS above CUSTOMER SERVICE is the fastest way to the bottom! GO TO YANKEE CANDLE, they are a class act!!

I have been buying goose Creek for the last past four or five years but lately the last two batches that I’ve bought you cannot smell the scent. I don’t know how the amount of scent that you put in your candle changed, but I don’t spend in the last four months 200 and some dollars and the candles do not give any scent
