On my last order, I made a mistake when placing my order and the wrong product arrived. Thanks to the customer service department, who responded promptly to my message to resolve the confusion. They were very kind and responded quickly. In short, they resolved the situation in a friendly, efficient, and timely manner. Thank you for your service.

Bought a new refrigerator with water and ice. Since the new unit only came with one filter (installed) and had a recommended replacement cycle of six months, I decided to get more filters and went to the manufacturers web site only to find they wanted $50 per filter. I thought that very high when compared to our old refrigerator filters. Did the usual internet surfing and found Glacial Pure. Glacier Pure had our filter and was lower cost than Amazon, Best Buy, and local sales.

Additionally Glacer Pure had a five pack of our filter on an "Easter Special" sale, putting the cost per filter less than $10 each, and with free shipping. I was so happy I was vibrating! Glacier Pure shipping speed was almost as fast as "Beam Me Up Scotty".
The filters were exact replacement.

I am very happy with quality of product and service I received from Galcier Pure and will use them in the future.

This is the second time I ordered filters from here. This time my whole package was misplaced by USPS and once I contacted the customer service of glacial pure, they promptly replied and sent me the package again. Very good service! The filters work just fine for the refrigerator.

I have been buying my fridge filters from this company for four years now. Recently I made a mistake and ordered the wrong filters! I emailed them and soon enough they sent me the correct ones without charging me anything. How fantastic is that???

They send me the wrong filters and then would not accept a return. I had to go back and forth with customer service (Rita) for weeks. I think this is a scam.

Customer Service was outstanding!

I accidently ordered the wrong item and realized it immediately. I was unable to return the item so I emailed customer service about my error. They responded within 10 minutes. Not only did they adjust the order, they waived the increase in price as a result of the change. Rita in customer service was extremely polite, efficient and accommodating. I received the correct item 4 days later.

Customer Service replied to my query in reasonable time and resolved my concern in timely manner. Would recommend this company for filter needs. I wish they have the phone number to contact. They have only Email address.

She was both friendly and professional, and made me feel like my satisfaction was important to her. A fraudulent company, the logistics tracking number they provided does not exist.

I will file a complaint with BBB and also raise a dispute with the bank.

I ordered the wrong filters, customer service replied to my email very quickly and asked for my model number of the fridge and found the correct replacement and had them shipped to me within a few days at no cost. They were very quick and friendly and didn't cause me any problems with having the wrong filter the first time (which was my mistake).
