Came through when USPS failed
First off, no freebies have been given to me. Next, I’ve successfully ordered through GlacialPure twice over 6 months apart. The filters work as described and fit my fridge like OEM parts. Finally, my order in Feb 2022 did not reach my mailbox, but instead USPS delivered to CA?!? ( I live in OH!) when they said “it is lost and uninsured”, GlacialPure made it right and sent me a new set of filters. Not sure what happened to everyone else, but all told, their product is good and their customer service is amazing!

Horrific experience
Horrific experience. I ordered filters through an ad from Brads Deals. Like others they don't ship the product nor do they answer email for status. I opened a dispute with my CC. Don't order from these scammers! Brad's Deals should be notified to not use this store too.

Item never shipped. Reached out after a week. Was advised by them that payment failed. I advised them I paid thru PayPal and the transaction showed posted as wl was on my credit card statement. The response I received back was payment failed please place another order. So I simply disputed the transaction with my credit card. Would give 0 if I could
