Don't buy anything from this company.
They are the same company as Morefiflter and you can see they are giving themselves rave reviews.

Ordered filters on July 2 and didn't receive them until 9/2. After contacting company twice finally reshipped them saying the first shipment was lost. Very poor service. Don not buy from this company!

Do not buy from this company. They refuse to exchange unopened filters that were ordered by mistake. The filters are completed sealed but I could see they were way too long even though I ordered what they said would match. Not asking for a refund just an exchange. Terrible service. I was told to donate and reorder.

Usually I purchase our replacement filters at Lowe’s, but due to Covid, I ordered online this past Spring. I don’t think this is a knock off as both the filter and the packaging looked exactly the same as I usually purchase.

I still haven’t got my filters yet and I can’t get anyone to tell me why, a foreign company charged my bank and now I’m waiting for the filters and no one will tell me anything

Great price! Still not sure if they are the right ones for my fridge. They look like the ones I use. I am highly satisfied. I tried to match them with the part number, but I wasn't sure.

Still waiting for delivery. Need your help to find my order.

This is the worst company that I have ever ordered from. The filters do not fit. Can not reach anyone by the phone number that is listed on their site. I have been emailing customer support and they are refunding to give me a refund.

Do not buy from this company, incorrect cross references to filters with no return option, incorrect dimensions of filters and customer service says, "they think" a replacement would be a specific part. Phone number rings somewhere in China and is not answered. AVOID PURCHASE !

We ordered a three pack since it was cheaper than the 2 pack by a previously used company. Never again. Works for maybe a week then start spiting water out making a chugging noise. Repeated presses on dispenser sometimes helps ..or not. Removing filter water flows fine. Im done with this company.

these filters are not working they won't make my ice maker work since the water doesn't go through the filters Im going to ask for a refund i hope i have good luck with that.

Ordered a filter that never arrived. I then tried several times to get a hold of customer service and no one ever got back to me.

I would order your filters from a different company.

Not unlike the previous 1-star reviewer, I got a tracking number for my order which said UPS delivered it to a post office (not my address) 9 days ago. USPS said the shipment arrived but they are still waiting to receive my package. Neither have any clue where it is. Been trying to email them relentlessly for the past 4 days, phone rings off the hook, and the “live” chat links to a strange food blogger’s Facebook messenger, whose status is conveniently “away” 24/7. Pretty sure this company doesn’t really exist. I have yet to receive a single form of correspondence from their “support” team. Wish I had seen this review before ordering their product. Thankfully I also paid via credit card and will dispute the charge.

Ordered a water filter for my Kenmore. Never received, emailed customer service on the website gpfilter.com 4 times. Called and phone rang off the hook. My doubt as to their actual existance. Bought water filter from Amazon and had CC company refund my money. Lesson learned,

I love this filter. Firstly it is worth it as compared to the plastic bottles. Secondly, it is environmentally friendly and does not pollute the environment.Thirdly, it helps in reducing chlorine taste and color in water. I highly recommend this GlacialPure filters to my colleagues
