Awful service items and postage.

Waited 38 days for my grab bag that was worth £15-£24 for a pen stickers and eraser. And on top of that had to pay the postage that I'd already paid because it hadn't been paid. Despite being told numerous times over December that it hadn't arrived because I chose Royal Mail and not DPD it was my fault that it hadn't arrived and my fault that I'd purchased at such a busy time.

Do not buy from them they are a joke. Waste of Time money and energy

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. I received a key ring, a little useless bath bomb (I though is a candy when I saw it for the first time) and a cheap lip balm. Not worth to cover even the postage costs (£3.99). The website says the content of the bag should be worth £24.99. AVOID!!!

Lateness, lies and disappointment. AVOID!

Wish I had read the reviews. Saw this featured on a freebie/offers app and thought it was a great idea. Ordered for my partner for Christmas with an expected delivery of 7-10 days. After this timeframe had passed, I sent an email to the contact listed on the website, which then gave me an auto-reply saying they would respond within 48 hours.

A whole week went by with no reply from the seller, and the bag eventually arrived on 31st December, 8 days after the “expected” delivery date, and obviously way too late for Christmas.

You might think the waiting was worth it? Oh no, even then it was a disappointment

Thankfully I only paid delivery and not the £24.99 they sell these for because all I received was a silicone credit card holder and a 15ml bottle of aftershave. Hardly worth the price.

What looked like a good idea has turned out to be an epic fail. None of my other orders with other retailers this month (some made on the same day) have been delayed to this extent, so strikes cannot be blamed. Avoid at all costs!

Absolute garbage; a total con!!!

Absolute garbage! I ordered a men's grababag, apparently worth £24.99. I received 2 items for this - a 15ml 'Scentio' man's aftershave tester - 100ml can be bought for 8 Euros, so this was worth a maximum of £1.50. It smells absolutely disgusting! The other item was a TINY unbranded Chinese manufactured 'bath fizzer',' which can't have been worth more than 20p. That's all I got - it certainly was a 'surprise,' albeit a bad one! STAY AWAY from this company and its products - a total, utter con. Remember the saying 'if it looks to good to be true, it probably is'. An utter disgrace, a con, an embarrassment, a joke. You've been warned folks - avoid like the plague!

Totally not worth it

Totally not worth it. They claim to charge £3.99 for postage, and it says on the envelope it's £1.05. Items inside not even worth what you pay for the postage. Definitely won't be buying again and totally do not recommend.

Not worth 1 star

Not worth 1 star to be honest, I got a 15ml bottle of Sentio Interfeer and a credit card holder for back of mobile phone. Its only 5.99euros for a 100ml bottle. Luckily I only paid the 3.99 postage. Definitely not worth 24.99. 2.99 and that pushing it with postage included.

SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Two orders placed and still not received 22 days later! Not happy
Contacted customer service after first order had not been dispatched 10 days later, they blamed it on the postal strikes Ive had all other orders with other companies come through
I feel a fraud claim coming on with my bank this is unacceptable and not the way to run a business
Confirm email states 3-5 days delivery time??

Word of advise if you dont receive orders from this company after 15 days go straight to your bank and file a dispute to get your money back

What a lot of shizzle

What a lot of shizzle, absolute crap. Had to pay extra £1.50 postage on a GPRS tag that didn't work. However, I did order the quilted bottle holder bags and they were really fab. I couldn't fault them at all😊

Scammers

Well the bag of cheap tat arrived after 2 weeks.

What a rip off. This rip off scam try pretend these are worth £24.99. Not to mention charging £3.99 for delivery when the bag CLEARLY says postage was £1.05. Bradford address.

Huge scam!! Avoid at all cost

Took so long to receive the parcel and when I did, it was absolute tat!
Supposed to have the value of £20+, but I only received a sheet of stickers, a rubber and pen.
Easily worth £2 and that's no exaggeration.
I also had to pay an extra £1.50 for postage as Royal Mail said not enough postage was paid!

The advertisement for the gift had fidget toys etc ...didn't receive anything of the sort.
Cheap Poundland tat. I won't be using this. Straight to charity.

A scam

I ordered a bag for my nephew and what a big disappointment turned out to be. Just a scam. They use a marketing lie to entice you to buy saying the goods are worth £24.99, when in reality the goods are not worth more than £5. You better go to any supermarket and buy something actually nice for the money.
