Fresh quality organic food
Fresh quality organic food, quick meals to make, and the taste is amazing with all the spices and seasonings put in there absolutely love it, and I’m able to lose a nice amount of weight eating this way.

My overall experience is very positive, the food is good and the choices are interestingly different.
I do have an issue with some of the ingredients, especially in the veggie sauce.

I had an issue with wilted scallions in one of my recent deliveries, but I was really impressed with how quickly Green Chef took care of it. As soon as I reported the problem, their customer service responded promptly and issued me a credit without any hassle. It’s clear they take customer feedback seriously and are committed to maintaining quality. Organic or not organic
Organic or not organic. I pay for organic produce and 3 times out of 5 I am sent non organic produce that is not fresh. Twice the not fresh was very apparant. Once a lime, then a lemon. Both were to be used for juice, but both so dry, no juice to be found. The lemon was brown inaide. The recioes are good, but very expensive. Could do the same for 1/2 the cost. Paying for convenience only!

Unusable Chicken due to Packaging
Received 3 meals today. The chicken packaging had a hole in the plastic (near a corner) which drained some of the chicken fluid on the fish packaging & in the meal box. We had to throw the chicken away. Not sure how Green Chef will resolve this issue. Stay tuned.
